Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年12月21日に出願された「チタン粉末製造装置及び方法」という名称の仮特許出願第62/437,129号の優先権を主張する。
2.チタン液滴がチャンバの壁又は底部と接触する前に凝固し得るように、チャンバは十分に大きくなければならない;
3.チャンバは、大気汚染を防止するために、完全に排気可能であるべきである;
4.チャンバ設計は、その内部の完全な洗浄及び検査のために、容易にアクセス可能にするべきである。
Claims (8)
- チタン金属粉末を含む溶融物からチタン金属粉末を製造するための装置であって、前記チタン金属粉末と同じチタン合金で被覆された又は全体的に形成された内壁を有していることで、チタン金属粉末の汚染を防止したアトマイズチャンバを備えた、装置。
- 前記アトマイズチャンバの出口開口に接続された粉末輸送管と、前記粉末輸送管に接続されたサイクロン分離器と、前記サイクロン分離器に接続された粉末容器とを更に備え、
前記輸送管、前記サイクロン分離器、及び/又は前記粉末容器のうちの一つ以上の内面が、前記チタン合金又はCP−Tiで被覆されている又は全体的に形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記アトマイズチャンバの前記内壁は、厚さ約2mmのチタン合金で被覆されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- チタン粉末金属を含む溶融物からチタン粉末を製造するための装置においてチタン粉末の汚染を防止するための方法であって、前記装置が、内壁を有するアトマイズチャンバを有し、前記内壁を前記チタン粉末と同じチタン合金で被覆するか、又は全体的に形成することを含む、方法。
- 前記内壁上の前記チタン合金の被覆が約2mmである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記装置は、輸送管と、サイクロン分離器と、粉末容器とを、前記アトマイズチャンバに続く流路に更に備え、前記輸送管、前記サイクロン分離器及び/又は前記粉末容器のうちの一つ以上の内面を、前記チタン合金若しくはCP−Tiで被覆するか、又は前記内面を前記チタン合金若しくはCP−Tiで全体的に形成する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 溶融物からチタン金属粉末を製造するための装置であって、内壁を有するアトマイズチャンバ内において溶融チタンのストリームが不活性ガスと高速で衝突するようになっており、前記内壁が、前記チタン金属粉末と同じチタン合金で被覆されるか、又は全体的に形成されていることで、前記金属粉末の汚染を防止する、装置。
- 前記アトマイズチャンバに続く流路における、前記装置の一つ以上の構成要素の内面を、前記チタン合金若しくはCP−Tiで被覆すること、又は前記内面を前記チタン合金若しくはCP−Tiで全体的に形成することを更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
