Abstract
Description
本発明の第1、第2、および第3の実施形態は、硫黄、活性剤、または何らかの促進剤を含まないことを再度強調することが重要である。したがって、製造されたエラストマー製品は、添加剤の痕跡、ならびに添加剤に関連する作用を全く有していない。

INOV8−V3は、ポリウレタン(PU)および添加剤としてのシリコーン化合物および酸化防止剤を含むエラストマー組成物から作製された手袋である。シリコーン化合物は変性エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドの混合物と反応させたポリシロキサンエマルジョンであり、酸化防止剤は、p−クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応から得られるフェノール化合物である。
INOV8−V4は、ポリウレタン(PU)および添加剤としてフッ素化合物の水性エマルジョンを含むエラストマー組成物から作製された手袋である。フッ素化合物の水性エマルジョンは、異なる固形分およびイオン特性の組み合わせを含む。
INOV8−V5は、ポリウレタン(PU)および添加剤としてフッ素化合物およびシリコーン化合物の水性エマルジョンを含むエラストマー組成物から作製される手袋である。フッ素化合物の水性エマルジョンは異なる固形分およびイオン特性の組合せを含み、シリコーン化合物は、変性エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドとの混合物と反応したポリシロキサンエマルジョンである。

Claims (20)
- エラストマーおよび添加剤を含むエラストマー組成物であって、前記添加剤が、エラストマー鎖と結合するフッ素化合物もしくはシリコーン化合物のいずれか1つ、または前記フッ素化合物と前記シリコーン化合物との組み合わせから選択される、低アレルギー性エラストマー製品を製造するエラストマー組成物。
- 前記フッ素化合物がフルオロカーボンである、請求項1に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 前記フルオロカーボンがテトラフルオロエチレンである、請求項2に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 前記フルオロカーボンが水性分散物である、請求項2に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 前記フルオロカーボンが水性エマルジョンである、請求項2に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 前記エラストマー組成物中の前記フッ素化合物の濃度が、0.1重量%〜30重量%である、請求項1に記載のエラストマー組成物。
