Abstract
1,175,498. Cushions. UNION CARBIDE CORP. 25 June, 1968 [26 June, 1967], No. 30168/68. Heading A4M. [Also in Division B2] A cushion comprises a woven fabric composed of fibres of acrylonitrile-vinyl chloride previously coated with a composition comprising a film-forming polymeric latex and a liquid fluorocarbon (defined as an organic compound in which one or more hydrogen atoms have been replaced by fluorine) dispersible in said latex, dried, moulded into the desired shape and finally filled with a polyurethane-foam-forming composition which adheres firmly to the fabric.
