- 第1の繊維基材及び第2の繊維基材を有し、これらが互いに接着されている、繊維製品を製造する方法であって、
前記第1の繊維基材上に湿気硬化型ホットメルト接着剤を含む接着剤層を形成する工程と、
前記接着剤層を介して前記第1の繊維基材に前記第2の繊維基材を接着する工程と、
を備え、
前記接着剤層を介して前記第1の繊維基材に前記第2の繊維基材を接着する工程が、
前記接着剤層を介して前記第1の繊維基材に前記第2の繊維基材を貼り合わせることと、
前記接着剤層を発泡させることと、
前記接着剤層を硬化させることと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記湿気硬化型ホットメルト接着剤が、イソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマーを含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
