Claims (3)
- サーバ装置が電気通信回線を介して車両にサービスを提供するサービス提供システムであって、
前記サーバ装置は、
使用している通信規格及びサービスの情報と位置情報とを前記車両から取得することによって、通信エリア毎の使用可能な通信規格及びサービスを示すサービスマップを作成するサービスマップ作成部と、
前記サービスマップ作成部によって作成されたサービスマップを用いて前記車両に提供するサービスの内容を制御する車両制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とするサービス提供システム。 - 前記車両制御部は、前記サービスマップに基づき前記車両が自動運転制御に必要な通信規格を使用できない通信エリアに位置すると判断した場合、前記自動運転制御を実行しないことを車両に報知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサービス提供システム。
- 前記車両は、前記サーバ装置から前記自動運転制御を実行しないとの報知を受けるのに応じて、事前に取得した道路情報及び車両の周囲情報を用いて自動運転制御を実行する制御部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のサービス提供システム。
