Claims (7)
- 貫通孔が設けられた絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の一方面の前記貫通孔周りに形成された第1の平面コイルパターンが絶縁被覆された第1コイル部を有するコイルと、
前記絶縁基板と前記コイルとを一体的に覆う磁性体と、
前記磁性体の表面に設けられ、前記コイルの端部にそれぞれ接続される一対の外部端子電極と
を備え、
前記磁性体が、
Feを含む金属磁性粉を含有する金属磁性粉含有樹脂で構成され、少なくとも前記絶縁基板の厚さ方向から前記コイルを覆う第1磁性部と、
前記コイルの内側領域において前記絶縁基板の厚さ方向に延び、前記第1磁性部を構成する前記金属磁性粉含有樹脂よりもFeの組成比が高い第2磁性部と
を有し、
前記第2磁性部が、前記絶縁基板と同層に存在する第1部分と、前記第1コイル部と同層に存在する第2部分と、前記第1コイル部の上面位置よりも前記絶縁基板から離れた側に存在する第3部分とを有する、コイル部品。 - 前記コイルが、前記絶縁基板の他方面の前記貫通孔周りに形成された第2の平面コイルパターンが絶縁被覆された第2コイル部を有する、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2磁性部が、前記第2コイル部と同層に存在する第4部分をさらに有する、請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2磁性部が、前記第2コイル部の上面位置よりも前記絶縁基板から離れた側に存在する第5部分をさらに有する、請求項3に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2磁性部が、Feを含む金属磁性粉を含有する金属磁性粉含有樹脂で構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2磁性部の表面を覆う絶縁被覆層をさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性体の表面から前記第2磁性部の前記第3部分までの距離が、前記第1磁性部を構成する金属磁性粉含有樹脂に含まれる金属磁性粉の最大粒の長さより長い、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
