  1. 膵炎に罹患したヒトの遺伝子型データと、膵炎に罹患していないヒトの遺伝子型データと、を学習データとして用いて機械学習したモデルを用いて、膵炎と正の相関があるrs10498345、rs2236653、及びrs7686660と、膵炎と負の相関があるrs3823375、rs1738074、及びrs56051278と、膵炎と正の相関又は負の相関があるrs1800414、及びrs2288904を少なくとも含む一塩基多型セットの遺伝子型情報であって、
    rs10498345の遺伝子型がAT、rs2236653の遺伝子型がTT、rs1800414の遺伝子型がTC、rs2288904の遺伝子型がAG、rs7686660の遺伝子型がGG、rs3823375の遺伝子型がTT、rs1738074の遺伝子型がAA、rs56051278の遺伝子型がAG、rs1800414の遺伝子型がCC、及びrs2288904の遺伝子型がGGであるか否かに関する遺伝子型情報に基づいて、膵炎のリスクを判定する、方法。
  2. リスクの判定を受ける対象者の体液サンプル、細胞サンプル又は体毛を用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
