  1. 胆石に罹患したヒトの遺伝子型データと、胆石に罹患していないヒトの遺伝子型データと、を学習データとして用いて機械学習したモデルを用いて、胆石と正の相関があるrs1027087、rs2075876、rs11154532、及びrs7412746と、胆石と負の相関があるrs1047781、rs11066280、rs2279434、rs2840381、及びrs1335645を少なくとも含む一塩基多型セットの遺伝子型情報であって、
    rs1027087の遺伝子型がAT、rs2075876の遺伝子型がAG、rs11154532の遺伝子型がTC、rs7412746の遺伝子型がCC、rs1047781の遺伝子型がAA、rs11066280の遺伝子型がTT、rs2279434の遺伝子型がTC、rs2840381の遺伝子型がTT、及びrs1335645の遺伝子型がTTであるか否かに関する遺伝子型情報に基づいて、胆石のリスクを判定する、方法。
  2. リスクの判定を受ける対象者の体液サンプル、細胞サンプル又は体毛を用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
