Abstract
Description
従って、発電の停止後に気液分離器の内面に付着する状態で水滴が存在しても、その水滴が排出流路に流れ込む不都合を抑制できる気液分離器が構成された。特に、貯水部に連通する排出流路の断面が小径であっても、この排水流路での水が凍結の抑制が可能となる。
〔本体構成〕
図1、図2には燃料電池車(FCV)に搭載される燃料電池のアノード側から排出されるアノードオフガス(含水ガスの一例)に含まれる水を分離する気液分離器Aが示されている。気液分離器Aは、導入口1と、排出口2と、気液分離部3と、流下案内面4と、貯水部5とをハウジング10に備えている。また、貯水部5に溜められた水の排出を制御する電磁開閉弁6(弁機構の一例)がハウジングの10の外部に備えられている。
気液分離器Aは、図1、図2に示すように上下関係を設定した姿勢で車両に備えられる。ハウジング10は、上部ハウジング11と下部ハウジング15とを有し、上部ハウジング11の上部フランジ11fと、下部ハウジング15の下部フランジ15fとを複数のボルト7で締結することで内部空間が形成される。
図2、図5、図7、図8に示すように、貯水壁部17で取り囲まれる領域で、底壁17aより上側に貯水空間5Sを形成することで貯水部5が形成されている。この貯水壁部17の外部には横外方向に突出する流路ブロック18が形成され、図2、図5に示すように、この流路ブロック18に対して排出流路18aが形成されると共に、この流路ブロック18の外面に電磁開閉弁6が備えられている。
規制壁25(規制部の一例)は、環状フレーム21の内周の開口縁(フィルタ22の外周面)を取り囲む位置において、環状フレーム21から上方に立ち上がる姿勢で環状の縦壁状部を有すると共に、この縦壁状部の上面に対して半径方向に沿う姿勢の複数の小幅の凹状部25aを有している。
気液分離器Aは、電磁開閉弁6を開放して貯水部5の水を排出する際に、水が排出された後に水素を含むアノードオフガスの排出を抑制したり、一定量の排出となるように、前述したように排出流路18aはオリフィスのように小径に形成されている。
本発明は、上記した実施形態以外に以下のように構成しても良い(実施形態と同じ機能を有するものには、実施形態と共通の番号、符号を付している)。

Claims (6)
- 含水ガスが供給されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に備えられ含水ガスから水を分離する気液分離部と、
前記ハウジングの底部に配置され前記気液分離部で分離された水を溜める貯水部と、
前記貯水部に連通する排出流路を介して、前記貯水部の水を排出と排出の停止とを可能にする弁機構とを備えると共に、
前記ハウジングの内壁が前記貯水部に向けて水を流す案内面を有しており、前記排出流路の流入口近傍における水の滞留を規制する規制部を備えている気液分離器。 - 前記規制部が、前記案内面から流れ込む所定量の水滴の流れを阻止し、所定量の水滴より多量の水の流れを許す複数の規制流路を備えている請求項1に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記規制部が、前記貯水部の開口の外周を取り囲む縦壁状部を有し、前記縦壁状部の上端部分に形成された複数の凹状部により前記規制流路が形成されている請求項2に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記気液分離部を備えた上部ハウジングと、前記貯水部を備えた下部ハウジングとで構成され、前記規制部が、前記下部ハウジングに備えられている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記貯水部に流れる水に含まれる塵埃を除去するフィルタを備えており、前記規制部が前記フィルタの外周に沿う領域に配置されている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記フィルタが、前記貯水部の上部に嵌め込まれる環状のフレームを有しており、前記規制部が、前記フレームに一体形成されている請求項5に記載の気液分離器。
