Claims (6)
- 電気部品を回路基板へ電気的に接続するコネクタ構造であって、
前記電気部品に設けられたオス型端子と、
前記回路基板に設けられており、前記オス型端子が挿入されたメス型コネクタと、
を備え、
前記メス型コネクタは、
前記オス型端子を受け入れるメス型接点を有するコネクタ側端子と、
前記コネクタ側端子を収容しているとともに、前記回路基板に固定されたコネクタハウジングと、
前記コネクタハウジング内に位置するとともに、前記メス型接点に対して固定された接点スリーブと、
を有し、
前記コネクタ側端子の前記メス型接点は、前記コネクタハウジングに対して変位可能に保持されており、
前記オス型端子は、前記回路基板に平行な方向へ撓むように変形しており、前記オス型端子の復元力によって、前記接点スリーブが前記コネクタハウジングの内面に押し付けられている、
コネクタ構造。 - 前記回路基板には、開口が形成されており、
前記オス型端子は、前記開口を通過して前記メス型コネクタに挿入されている、請求項1に記載のコネクタ構造。 - 前記コネクタ側端子は、前記メス型接点が設けられた先端部と、前記コネクタハウジングに対して固定された基端部と、前記先端部と前記基端部との間を延びる板ばね部とを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ構造。
- 前記板ばね部は、U字形状を有する、請求項3に記載のコネクタ構造。
- 前記接点スリーブは、樹脂で構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ構造。
- 前記コネクタハウジングは、樹脂で構成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ構造。
