Claims (12)
- イメージが表示されるアクティブ領域と前記アクティブ領域の外部に配置される非アクティブ領域を含むディスプレイパネルと、
前記アクティブ領域に配置され機能実行領域を含む少なくとも一つの機能モジュール−前記機能実行領域は前記機能モジュールの機能を行うための領域−と、
前記アクティブ領域で前記少なくとも1つの機能モジュールが配置される領域を除いた領域に配置される複数のタッチセンサと、
前記機能実行領域を取り囲むように配置され、前記複数のタッチセンサのうち、少なくとも1つのタッチセンサに電気的に接続される少なくとも1つのセンサ連結配線と、
を含む、タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの機能モジュールは、前記機能モジュールを駆動するための複数の信号配線が配置される信号配線領域を更に含み、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ連結配線は前記機能モジュールの信号配線領域に配置される、請求項1記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ連結配線は、前記複数の信号配線が配置される層と異なる層に配置される、請求項2記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記センサ連結配線は、前記機能モジュールの一端に配置される1つのタッチセンサと前記機能モジュールの反対側に配置された他のタッチセンサの間に電気的に接続される、請求項1記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ連結配線は、第1センサ連結配線と前記第1センサ連結配線に対して絶縁された第2センサ連結配線を含む、請求項1記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1センサ連結配線の長さは、前記第2センサ連結配線の長さと異なる、請求項5記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1センサ連結配線の少なくとも一部と、前記第2センサ連結配線の少なくとも一部は同じ層に配置される、請求項5記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1センサ連結配線の一部は、前記第2センサ連結配線の一部と重畳する、請求項5記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1センサ連結配線と前記第2センサ連結配線の下部に配置される絶縁層を更に含み、
前記第1センサ連結配線と前記第2センサ連結配線が互い交差する地点で前記第1センサ連結配線と前記第2センサ連結配線のうち1つは、前記絶縁層の下部に配置される、請求項5記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記非アクティブ領域に配置され、前記複数のタッチセンサのうち、少なくとも1つに電気的に接続される複数のタッチ配線と、
前記非アクティブ領域に配置される複数のタッチパッドと、
前記複数のタッチセンサの下部に配置され、前記アクティブ領域と前記タッチパッドの間に傾斜した表面を有する封止層を更に含み、
前記複数のタッチ配線のうち、少なくとも1つは、前記封止層の前記傾斜した表面上にあり、それにより、対応する傾斜を有し、前記タッチパッドに電気的に接続される、請求項1記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ連結配線のうち1つは、前記複数のタッチ配線のうち1つに直接連結される、請求項10記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記封止層は予め設定された高さを有するダムを含み、前記複数のタッチ配線のうち少なくとも1つは、前記ダムを通り越す、請求項10記載のディスプレイ装置。
