請求項1に記載の固相合成装置では、第2連結部よりも薬液容器側の配管を取り外した状態で、洗浄用配管を第2連結部にて取り付ける。これにより、洗浄容器内の洗浄剤が洗浄用配管から、第2連結部を経て送液先容器側の配管に流れて洗浄することができる。
請求項1に記載の固相合成装置では、第2連結部よりも薬液容器側の上流配管を取り外した状態で、洗浄用配管を第2連結部にて取り付ける。これにより、洗浄容器内の洗浄剤が洗浄用配管から、第2連結部を経て送液先容器側の配管に流れて洗浄することができる。
Claims (3)
- 薬液を収容する薬液容器と、
前記薬液容器に一端が接続される配管と、
前記配管の他端が接続され、前記薬液容器から薬液が送給される送液先容器と、
前記配管に設けられた開閉弁と、
前記配管の前記開閉弁よりも前記薬液容器側に設けられた連結部と、を有し、
前記配管は、前記連結部よりも前記薬液容器側が前記送液先容器側に対して着脱自在であることを特徴とする固相合成装置。 - 洗浄剤を収容する洗浄容器と、
前記洗浄容器に一端が接続される洗浄用配管と、を有し、
前記配管の前記連結部よりも前記薬液容器側に第2連結部が設けられ、
前記洗浄用配管は、他端が前記第2連結部に対して着脱自在であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固相合成装置。 - 前記送液先容器と前記開閉弁との間の前記配管に第2洗浄用配管が接続され、
前記開閉弁は、前記連結部よりも送液先容器に近い位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固相合成装置。
