Claims (7)
- タッチ面を有するガラス基板と、ダイヤモンド形状のX軸格子をX軸方向に複数並べたパターンが、複数列、平行に設けられたX軸センサー部と、前記X軸格子と同一形状のY軸格子を前記X軸方向と直交するY軸方向に複数並べたパターンが、複数列、平行に設けられたY軸センサー部と、前記X軸センサー部と前記Y軸センサー部との間に設けた絶縁層とが積層された静電容量タッチパネルであって、
前記タッチ面から見た平面視において、前記X軸格子と前記Y軸格子とは重ならずマトリックス状に配置され、前記X軸格子の枠線と前記Y軸格子の枠線の間に隙間が形成されており、
前記X軸格子および前記Y軸格子はそれぞれ微細格子からなる金属薄膜で形成され、前記隙間に、前記X軸格子の枠線または前記Y軸格子の枠線から前記微細格子の格子辺と平行に延びた金属薄膜が設けられることを特徴とする静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記X軸センサー部において、X軸方向で隣接するX軸格子同士はX軸接続部によって接続され、前記Y軸センサー部において、Y軸方向で隣接するY軸格子同士はY軸接続部によって接続されており、
前記X軸接続部は、前記微細格子の格子辺と平行な金属薄膜で形成され、前記Y軸接続部は、前記微細格子の格子辺と平行な金属薄膜で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記X軸格子は、前記Y軸接続部と積層方向で重なる箇所に、前記微細格子の格子辺の少なくとも一部が欠損した欠損部を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記Y軸格子は、前記X軸接続部と積層方向で重なる箇所に、前記微細格子の格子辺の少なくとも一部が欠損した欠損部を有することを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3記載の静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記隙間に設けられた金属薄膜は、前記微細格子を構成する金属薄膜と同一のピッチおよび同一の線幅で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項記載の静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記X軸格子または前記Y軸格子の微細格子に、格子辺のうち少なくとも1つの辺の一部が切り離された切り離し部が複数設けられており、隣り合う微細格子の内部空間が連通していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項記載の静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記切り離し部は、X軸方向またはY軸方向の一方向に向かって、前記微細格子の内部空間の空気が流れ出るように形成されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の静電容量タッチパネル。
