Claims (3)
- 内部に加速器及びRI製造装置が配置され、当該内部で前記加速器からの荷電粒子線をターゲットに照射することで放射性同位元素の製造がなされるRI製造装置用の自己シールドであって、
ガンマ線を遮蔽する第1のガンマ線遮蔽材料によって形成される第1の層と、
前記第1の層よりも外周側に配置され、前記第1の層のガンマ線遮蔽材料よりも中性子遮蔽性が高く、且つ、前記第1の層の前記ガンマ線遮蔽材料に比して比重が小さい中性子遮蔽材料によって形成される第2の層と、
前記第2の層よりも外周側に配置され、前記第2の層の前記中性子遮蔽材料よりガンマ線遮蔽性が高い第2のガンマ線遮蔽材料によって形成される第3の層と、を備える、RI製造装置用の自己シールド。 - 前記第3の層の前記第2のガンマ線遮蔽材料は、前記第1の層の前記第1のガンマ線遮蔽材料に比して比重が小さい、請求項1に記載のRI製造装置用の自己シールド。
- 前記第1の層は、前記自己シールドのうちの最も内周側に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載のRI製造装置用の自己シールド。
