Claims (51)
- 約1%〜約10%の範囲のヒドロキシプロピル化の程度;及び
約400cP〜約3500cPの範囲のRVA粘度を有するアルファ化、ヒドロキシプロピル化デンプンであって;
ここで、前記アルファ化、ヒドロキシプロピル化デンプンが牛乳中に容易に分散可能なものである、アルファ化、ヒドロキシプロピル化デンプン。 - 約1%〜約10%の範囲のヒドロキシプロピル化の程度;

- 水性液体を増粘させる方法であって、前記方法が、液体中に請求項39から42までのいずれか一項によるデンプン組成物を分散させて実質的に均質な増粘された液体を提供する段階を含む、方法。
- 液体が、飲用可能な液体である、請求項45に記載の方法。
- 液体が、水、飲料、スープ、ブロス、ソース、グレービー、シロップ、ドレッシング、薬物及び栄養補助剤から成る群から選択される、請求項45に記載の方法。
- 液体が、牛乳である、請求項45に記載の方法。
- 液体が水である、請求項45に記載の方法。
- 液体が、約5℃〜約30℃の範囲の温度である、請求項45から49までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- デンプン組成物が、3分以下の間に液体中で掻き混ぜられて実質的に均質な増粘された液体を提供する、請求項45から50までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
