Claims (11)
- 自動車の車体の内側を被覆するための内装部材であって、
車室を画定する内面(14)を形成するための被覆パネル(12)、
前記被覆パネル(12)の後面(16)に固着された可撓性絶縁層(18)であって、前記後面は、前記内面(14)から離れる方を指し示す、可撓性絶縁層(18)
を有し、前記被覆パネル(12)は、前記絶縁層(18)の開口部(20)を通して突起する突出固着要素(22)を有する、内装部材において、
前記固着要素(22)は、横方向受入開口部(28)を有し、及び前記絶縁層(18)は、保持ストリップ(32)を有し、
前記保持ストリップ(32)は、前記受入開口部(28)に挿入されることを特徴とする内装部材。 - 前記保持ストリップ(32)は、具体的には部分的に前記絶縁層(18)の平面外に屈曲されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内装部材。
- 前記絶縁層(18)は、具体的には伸縮可能な復元能力を有し、及び/又は圧縮可能な設計のものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の内装部材。
- 前記受入開口部(28)は、前記後面(16)の方を指し示す保持エッジ(34)を有し、前記保持ストリップ(32)は、前記保持エッジ(34)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内装部材。
- 前記受入開口部(28)は、前記後面(16)から離れる方を向く内部エッジを有し、前記内部エッジは、前記絶縁層(18)の材料に埋め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の内装部材。
- 前記固着要素(22)は、さらなる受入開口部(38)を有し、前記さらなる受入開口部(38)は、前記固着要素(22)を通して前記保持ストリップ(32)を押し出すために、前記受入開口部(28)の反対側にあり、且つ具体的には前記受入開口部(28)と実質的に同一に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の内装部材。
- 前記保持ストリップ(32)は、それが前記固着要素(22)を通して押し出されている状態において、前記受入開口部(28)の外側及び/又は前記受入開口部(38)の外側で前記絶縁層(18)と接触することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内装部材。
- 前記保持ストリップ(32)は、前記絶縁層(18)の前記材料からの打ち抜き又は切り抜きによって生産され得、及び/又は前記保持ストリップ(32)は、前記絶縁層(18)の外形の構成部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内装部材。
- 前記絶縁層(18)は、防音及び/又は振動減衰及び/又は温度調整のために設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の内装部材。
- 前記絶縁層(18)は、不織布材料及び/又は発泡体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の内装部材。
- 前記開口部(20)の領域における前記絶縁層(18)は、前記固着要素(22)に当接し、前記被覆パネル(12)の前記後面(16)に平行に延在する前記固着要素(22)の断面積は、前記被覆パネル(12)の前記後面(16)から前記固着要素(22)の正面(24)に向って減少することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の内装部材。
