リレーと、
圧縮可能な樹脂発泡体により形成されており、前記リレーの第1の面に当接する第1の保持部と、
前記第1の保持部を介して、前記リレーを支持するケースと、
圧縮可能な樹脂発泡体により形成されており、前記リレーにおける前記第1の面の反対側の第2の面に当接する第2の保持部と、
前記第1の保持部および前記第2の保持部を介して、前記リレーを前記ケースとの間に挟持するカバーと、
前記ケースおよび前記カバーが前記リレーを押圧するように、前記ケースおよび前記カバーを係合させる弾性部材と、を備え、
前記ケースを前記リレーの挟持方向から見た全領域で、前記挟持方向において前記ケースおよび前記カバーの間にクリアランスが設けられている。

Claims (6)
- リレーと、
圧縮可能な樹脂発泡体により形成されており、前記リレーの第1の面に当接する第1の保持部と、
前記第1の保持部を介して、前記リレーを支持するケースと、
圧縮可能な樹脂発泡体により形成されており、前記リレーにおける前記第1の面の反対側の第2の面に当接する第2の保持部と、
前記第1の保持部および前記第2の保持部を介して、前記リレーを前記ケースとの間に挟持するカバーと、
前記ケースおよび前記カバーが前記リレーを押圧するように、前記ケースおよび前記カバーを係合させる弾性部材と、を備え、
前記ケースを前記リレーの挟持方向から見た全領域で、前記挟持方向において前記ケースおよび前記カバーの間にクリアランスが設けられている
リレー保持構造。 - 請求項1に記載のリレー保持構造において、
前記第1の保持部の前記第1の面に当接する面、および前記第2の保持部の前記第2の面に当接する面の少なくとも一方には、前記リレー側に隆起するエンボスが形成されている
リレー保持構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載のリレー保持構造において、
前記第1の保持部および前記第2の保持部の少なくとも一方は、前記リレーにおける前記第1の面および前記第2の面に垂直な第3の面に当接する壁部を有し、
前記壁部は、前記第1の保持部および前記第2の保持部それぞれが有する、前記第1の面および前記第2の面に対向する底部より、硬度が低い
リレー保持構造。 - 請求項3に記載のリレー保持構造において、
前記第1の保持部および前記第2の保持部の少なくとも一方が有する前記壁部は、前記挟持方向に垂直な方向における他方の位置決めを行う形状を有している
リレー保持構造。 - 請求項4に記載のリレー保持構造において、
前記壁部には、前記他方に嵌合させる切欠きが形成されており、
前記切欠きに、前記リレーの駆動線が挿通されている
リレー保持構造。 - 請求項4または5に記載のリレー保持構造において、
前記弾性部材による前記ケースおよび前記カバーを介した前記リレーへの押圧を解除した際に、前記挟持方向において、前記壁部の一部は前記他方の底部から突出する
リレー保持構造。
