Claims (7)
- 冷媒と冷却水との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器(10)であって、
内側を前記冷媒が流れるように構成された内部部材(200)と、
内側に前記内部部材を収容する容器であって、前記内部部材の周囲の空間を前記冷却水が流れるように構成されたケース(100)と、を備え、
前記ケースには、
前記内部部材に前記冷媒を供給するための冷媒供給配管(11)と、
前記内部部材から前記冷媒を排出するための冷媒排出配管(12)と、がそれぞれ接続されており、
前記冷媒が流れる部分のうち、その表面が外気に露出している部分の一部には、
前記冷媒の圧力が上昇した際において前記内部部材よりも先に破損する部分、である優先破損部(121,12,130A,140,150)が設けられている熱交換器。 - 前記内部部材は、
その長手方向に沿って内側を前記冷媒が流れるタンク(210,220,230)と、
その長手方向が前記タンクの長手方向に対して垂直となるように、前記タンクに対して接続された管状の部材であって、前記タンクの長手方向に沿って並ぶように互いに間隔を空けて積層された複数のチューブ(240)と、を有するものである、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記タンクの板厚をThとし、前記タンクの相当直径をDhとし、前記タンクを構成する材料の引張強度をσhとし、
前記チューブの板厚をTtとし、前記チューブの相当直径をDtとし、前記チューブを構成する材料の引張強度をσtとし、
前記優先破損部の板厚をTeとし、前記優先破損部を含む部分の相当直径をDeとし、前記優先破損部を構成する材料の引張強度をσeとしたときに、
Th・σh/Dh>Te・σe/De、及び、
Tt・σt/Dt>Te・σe/De、のいずれをも満たすように構成されている、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記ケースには、
前記冷媒供給配管及び前記冷媒排出配管のうちの少なくとも一方が接続部材(130,150)を介して接続されており、
前記優先破損部は前記接続部材に設けられている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記接続部材(150)は、バーリング加工が施された板状の部材である、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記優先破損部は、前記冷媒供給配管及び前記冷媒排出配管のうち少なくとも一方に設けられている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記優先破損部又はその周囲の部分が、
優先的に腐食する材料により形成された優先腐食層(SL)によって覆われている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
