Abstract
【解決手段】蓄冷機能付きエバポレータは、互いに間隔をおいて配置された複数の扁平状冷媒流通管13と、冷媒流通管13の片面側に配置されて冷媒流通管13にろう付され、かつ内部に蓄冷材が封入された扁平状蓄冷材容器15とを備えている。蓄冷材容器15は、冷媒流通管13にろう付された容器本体部21と、容器本体部21の風下側に連なるとともに冷媒流通管13よりも風下側に突出するように設けられ、かつ厚み方向の寸法が容器本体部21の厚み方向の寸法よりも大きくなった内容積増大部22とを備えている。蓄冷材容器15内に、容器本体部21から内容積増大部22に至るインナーフィン23を配置する。

Description
蓄冷材容器が、冷媒流通管に熱的に接触させられた容器本体部と、容器本体部の風上側または風下側に連なるとともに冷媒流通管よりも通風方向外側に突出するように設けられ、かつ厚み方向の寸法が容器本体部の厚み方向の寸法よりも大きくなった内容積増大部とを備えており、蓄冷材容器内に、容器本体部から内容積増大部に至るインナーフィンが配置されている蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。

Claims (9)
- 上下方向にのびるとともに幅方向が通風方向を向いた複数の扁平状冷媒流通管が、互いに間隔をおいて並列状に配置され、冷媒流通管の片面側に、上下方向にのびるとともに幅方向を通風方向に向け、かつ内部に蓄冷材が封入された扁平状蓄冷材容器が配置されて冷媒流通管に熱的に接触させられた蓄冷機能付きエバポレータであって、
蓄冷材容器が、冷媒流通管に熱的に接触させられた容器本体部と、容器本体部の風上側または風下側に連なるとともに冷媒流通管よりも通風方向外側に突出するように設けられ、かつ厚み方向の寸法が容器本体部の厚み方向の寸法よりも大きくなった内容積増大部とを備えており、蓄冷材容器内に、容器本体部から内容積増大部に至るインナーフィンが配置されている蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。 - 複数の蓄冷材容器の内部が内容積増大部において連通させられている請求項1記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- すべての蓄冷材容器の内部が連通させられている請求項2記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- インナーフィンがコルゲート状であり、通風方向にのびる波頂部、通風方向にのびる波底部、および波頂部と波底部とを連結する連結部よりなる請求項1〜3のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- インナーフィンがオフセット状であり、通風方向にのびる波頂部、通風方向にのびる波底部、および波頂部と波底部とを連結する連結部を有する波状帯板が、通風方向に複数並べられるとともに相互に一体に連結されることにより形成され、通風方向に隣り合う2つの帯板の波頂部どうしおよび波底部どうしが上下方向に位置ずれしている請求項1〜3のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- インナーフィンのフィン高さが全体に同一であり、かつ蓄冷材容器の容器本体部の内部高さと等しくなるとともに内容積増大部の内部高さよりも低くなっている請求項4または5記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 冷媒流通管および蓄冷材容器が別個に形成されるとともに、蓄冷材容器の容器本体部が冷媒流通管にろう付されており、冷媒流通管および冷媒流通管にろう付された容器本体部を有する蓄冷材容器からなる組み合わせ体が、冷媒流通管の幅方向と直角をなす方向に間隔をおいて配置され、隣り合う組み合わせ体どうしの間が通風間隙とされ、通風間隙にアウターフィンが配置され、アウターフィンにおける蓄冷材容器の内容積増大部側の部分が、冷媒流通管よりも通風方向外側に突出させられ、蓄冷材容器の内容積増大部の両面にアウターフィンがろう付されている請求項1〜6のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 上記各組み合わせ体の冷媒流通管が、通風方向に間隔をおいて複数配置され、当該組み合わせ体の蓄冷材容器の容器本体部が、当該組み合わせ体の全冷媒流通管に跨るように配置されて冷媒流通管にろう付されている請求項7記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 蓄冷材容器の風下側部分が冷媒流通管部よりも通風方向外側に突出させられ、蓄冷材容器における冷媒流通管部よりも通風方向外側に突出した部分に内容積増大部が設けられている請求項1〜8のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
