Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態を示す蓄冷熱交換器(蓄冷エバポレータ)の全体斜視図、図2は、蓄冷熱交換器での冷媒の流れを示す概略斜視図である。尚、熱交換器に対する空気の通流方向上流側を前側、下流側を後側という。
一方、下側ヘッダタンクのタンク2A,2Bとは互いに仕切り9により仕切られて非連通となっている。
このように、内部にインナーフィン11を備えた各蓄冷材容器5は、上記のように冷媒管3,3間にろう付けして配置され、内部を真空状態にした後、蓄冷材充填口20から蓄冷材が充填される。
図3及び図4に示すように、インナーフィン11の波目が、インナーフィン11及び蓄冷材容器5の短辺と平行に形成されている。そして、インナーフィン11を蓄冷材容器5本体内に位置決めするように、容器5本体の内部側に突出してインナーフィン11の波形状を有した両側端面の一部にそれぞれ係合する係合部13としてエンボス状の突起を形成する。すなわち、蓄冷材容器5の短辺と平行に波目が形成されたインナーフィン11の波形状を有する両側端面の一部に係合するように、係合部13を蓄冷材容器5底面の短辺方向に沿った部分に形成する。これにより、インナーフィン11を蓄冷材容器5本体内に位置決めし、インナーフィン11の波形状を有する両側端面と蓄冷材容器5本体の内壁との間に間隙を形成する。

Claims (7)
- 蓄冷熱交換器の冷媒管とろう付けにて接して冷媒の持つ冷熱を蓄える蓄冷材を封入した蓄冷材容器であって、
一対の容器部材の周縁部相互がろう付け接合されて一端部に蓄冷材充填口を有した容器本体が形成され、該容器本体内部にインナーフィンを備えると共に、前記蓄冷材充填口から前記蓄冷材が充填され、
前記容器本体の内部側に突出して前記インナーフィンの波形状を有した両側端面の一部にそれぞれ係合し、前記インナーフィンを前記容器本体内に位置決めする係合部を形成し、
前記位置決めされたインナーフィンの前記両側端面と前記容器本体の内壁との間に間隙を設けたこと、を特徴とする蓄冷材容器。 - 前記容器本体の内部側に突出する係合部は、エンボス状の突起である、請求項1に記載の蓄冷材容器。
- 前記容器本体の内部側に突出する係合部は、前記インナーフィンの波形状を有した両側端面に沿って前記容器の底面が張り出されている、請求項1に記載の蓄冷材容器。
- 前記インナーフィンの波形状を有した両側端面は、一対の方形状容器部材により形成される蓄冷材容器の短辺と平行に形成される、請求項1〜請求項3のうち1つに記載の蓄冷材容器。
- 前記インナーフィンは、波目が該インナーフィン及び前記蓄冷材容器の短辺と平行に形成され、前記蓄冷材容器の短辺方向に沿って前記係合部が形成される、請求項4に記載の蓄冷材容器。
- 前記インナーフィンの波形状を有した両側端面は、一対の方形状容器部材により形成される蓄冷材容器の長辺と平行に形成される、請求項1〜請求項3のうち1つに記載の蓄冷材容器。
- 前記インナーフィンは、波目が該インナーフィン及び前記蓄冷材容器の長辺と平行に形成され、前記蓄冷材容器の長辺方向に沿って前記係合部が形成される、請求項6に記載の蓄冷材容器。
