Description
2枚の金属板の周縁部どうしを接合するとともに、2枚の金属板間に蓄熱材封入部を設け、2枚の金属板の周縁部に形成された外方突出筒状の蓄熱材注入口を通して蓄熱材を蓄熱材封入部内に注入した後に、蓄熱材注入口の内周面に嫌気性接着剤を塗布し、ついで蓄熱材注入口を金属板の厚み方向の両側から圧潰して互いに密着した外方突出片を形成し、その後嫌気性接着剤を硬化させて両外方突出片どうしを硬化した嫌気性接着剤を介して接合することにより封止部を設ける蓄熱材容器の製造方法。

Claims (4)
- 2枚の金属板の周縁部どうしを接合することにより形成されるとともに、2枚の金属板間に設けられた蓄熱材封入部内に蓄熱材が封入されており、2枚の金属板の周縁部に形成されかつ蓄熱材を蓄熱材封入部内に注入するのに用いられた外方突出筒状の蓄熱材注入口を閉じることにより設けられた封止部を備えている蓄熱材容器を製造する方法であって、
2枚の金属板の周縁部どうしを接合するとともに、2枚の金属板間に蓄熱材封入部を設け、2枚の金属板の周縁部に形成された外方突出筒状の蓄熱材注入口を通して蓄熱材を蓄熱材封入部内に注入した後に、蓄熱材注入口の内周面に嫌気性接着剤を塗布し、ついで蓄熱材注入口を金属板の厚み方向の両側から圧潰して互いに密着した外方突出片を形成し、その後嫌気性接着剤を硬化させて両外方突出片どうしを硬化した嫌気性接着剤を介して接合することにより封止部を設ける蓄熱材容器の製造方法。 - 蓄熱材注入口を圧潰して互いに密着した外方突出片を形成するのと同時に、両金属板の外方突出片を、金属板の厚み方向に断面V字状に曲げる請求項1記載の蓄熱材容器の製造方法。
- 蓄熱材注入口を圧潰して互いに密着した外方突出片を形成するのと同時に、両金属板の外方突出片を、金属板の周縁部からの突出方向に間隔をおいて複数箇所で曲げ、隣り合う屈曲部の曲げ方向を異なったものにする請求項2記載の蓄熱材容器の製造方法。
- 嫌気性接着剤が紫外線硬化型であり、一部分が両外方突出片どうしの合わせ目から外部にあふれ出した状態で硬化させる請求項1〜3のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄熱材容器の製造方法。
