Description
この傾向は表2の冷凍の場合も同様で、平均水分測定値は焼く前で19.8%で、本発明の加湿具1を使用しなかった場合の焼いた後は15.7%と水分が減少しているのに対し、本発明の加湿具1を用いた場合の焼いた後は16.1%で水分の減少は少なく、焼いた後の重量変化は、本発明の加湿具1を用いた場合は92.6%なのに対し、使用しなかった場合は90.9%と軽くなっている、即ち水分が減少していることが読み取れる。

Claims (2)
- 水分を充分に吸収できる素焼きの陶磁器製で、パン焼き用のトースター内に配置される加湿具。
- 一部が開放された空洞の筐体形状としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加湿具。
