Claims (6)
- 導電性を有する材料からなり、圧縮機構を駆動するモータを収容するモータハウジングと、
前記モータに給電するインバータ装置と、
前記モータハウジングとともに前記インバータ装置を収容する空間を形成するカバーと、
前記カバーを前記モータハウジングに固定する締結部材と、を備え、
前記インバータ装置は、
回路パターンが形成された基板と、
前記基板に実装された電子部品と、
絶縁材料からなり、前記電子部品を収容するとともに前記基板を支持するホルダーと、
前記ホルダーと一体的に形成されるとともに前記回路パターンに電気的に接続されており、前記モータハウジングに電気的に接続されるように配置されたバスバーと、
前記締結部材を挿通させた状態で前記カバーと前記バスバーとの間に介在するように配置された筒状部材と、を有し、
前記筒状部材は、前記締結部材による締付け力によって前記バスバーを前記モータハウジングに向けて押圧する、電動圧縮機。 - 前記バスバーは、
前記回路パターンにハンダにより接続される被接続部と、
前記筒状部材と前記モータハウジングとの間に配置されており、前記筒状部材に押圧される被押圧部と、を有する、請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記被接続部は、前記締結部材の締結方向と平行な方向に延びる形状を有し、
前記被押圧部は、前記締結部材の締結方向と直交する方向に延びる形状を有する、請求項2に記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記筒状部材は、
前記締結部材を挿通させる筒部と、
前記筒部における前記カバー側の端部から前記筒部の径方向の外向きに張り出す鍔部と、を有し、
前記ホルダーは、前記鍔部と前記バスバーとの間に介在する介在部をさらに有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記筒状部材は、前記締結部材を挿通させる筒部を有し、
前記ホルダーは、前記筒部の外周面に接する状態で前記カバーと前記バスバーとの間に介在する介在部をさらに有し、
前記筒部の外周面には、粗面加工が施されている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記カバーは、導電性を有する材料からなり、
前記筒状部材は、導電性を有する材料からなる、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機。
