Abstract
Description
ポリオール含有成分およびポリイソシアネート含有成分から反応射出成形法により発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品を生成する工程を含んでなり、
前記ポリオール含有成分および前記ポリイソシアネート含有成分の少なくとも一方が、前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有しており、
前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの含有量が、記ポリオール含有成分および前記ポリイソシアネート含有成分の合計量100重量部に対して0.5〜7重量部であり、かつ
前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルが、以下の(A)および(B)の特徴を有する、方法:
(A)発泡前の平均粒子径5〜70μm
(B)発泡開始温度70〜110℃。
[2]前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルが、以下の(C)および(D)から選択される少なくとも1つの特徴をさらに有する、[1]に記載の方法:
(C)最大膨張温度110〜135℃
(D)膨張倍率3倍以上。
[3]JIS K 7112により規定される密度が0.6〜1.0g/cm3である、[1]または[2]に記載の方法。
[4]前記ポリオール含有成分が、前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有する、[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の方法。
[5]前記ポリオール含有成分が、官能基数2〜3、分子量3000〜8000、水酸基価20〜50mgKOH/gであり、末端にエチレンオキシドが付加しているポリエーテルポリオールを含有する、[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の方法。
[6]前記ポリイソシアネート含有成分が、ポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートを含有する、[1]〜[5]のいずれかに記載の方法。
[7]前記ポリオール含有成分およびポリイソシアネート含有成分がいずれも実質的に水を含まない、[1]〜[6]のいずれかに記載の方法。
[8]前記ポリオール含有成分および前記ポリイソシアネート成分の混合物を射出成形機より型中に射出し、前記型から前記発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品を取得する工程を含んでなる、[1]〜[7]のいずれかに記載の方法。
[9]前記発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品の脱型時間が30〜70秒である、[8]に記載の方法。
熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有する発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品を製造する方法であって、
ポリオール含有成分およびポリイソシアネート含有成分から反応射出成形法により発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品を生成する工程を含んでなり、
前記ポリオール含有成分および前記ポリイソシアネート含有成分の少なくとも一方が、前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有しており、
前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの含有量が、前記ポリオール含有成分および前記ポリイソシアネート含有成分の合計量100重量部に対して0.5〜7重量部であり、かつ
前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルが、以下の(A)および(B)の特徴を有する、方法が提供される:
(A)発泡前の平均粒子径5〜70μm
(B)発泡開始温度70〜110℃。
熱膨張性マイクロカプセル
一実施態様によれば、熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの平均粒子径(A)は5〜70μmであり、好ましくは8〜50μmであり、より好ましくは8〜30μmであり、より一層好ましくは8〜25μmである。
ポリオール含有成分における熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの含有量は、ポリオール含有成分100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.3〜10質量部であり、より好ましくは0.5〜8質量部であり、より一層好ましくは0.7〜5質量部である。
水酸基価〔mgKOH/g〕=[((A−B)×f×28.05)/S]+酸価
A:空試験に用いた0.5mol/l水酸化カリウムエタノール溶液の量(ml)
B:滴定に用いた0.5mol/l水酸化カリウムエタノール溶液の量(ml)

触媒としては、トリエチレンジアミン、ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン、ジメチルアミノエタノール、テトラメチルエチレンジアミン、ジメチルベンジルアミン、テトラメチルヘキサメチレンジアミン、ビス(2−ジメチルアミノエチル)エーテル、1−メチルイミダゾール、1−イソブチル−2−メチルイミダゾールなどの第3級アミンやジブチル錫ジラウレート、オクタン酸錫、シブチル錫ジアセテートなどの有機金属化合物が用いられる。
ポリイソシアネート含有成分におけるポリイソシアネートとしては、イソシアネート基を2以上有する芳香族系、脂環族系、脂肪族系等のポリイソシアネート;前記ポリイソシアネートの2種類以上の混合物;これらを変性して得られる変性ポリイソシアネート等が挙げられるが、価格等の観点からは芳香族系ポリイソシアネートが好ましい。
ポリオール1:グリセリンにプロピレンオキシドを付加しかつ末端にエチレンオキシドをさらに付加した水酸基価28mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオールの65重量部と、プロピレングリコールにプロピレンオキシドを付加しかつ末端にエチレンオキシドをさらに付加した水酸基価28mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオールの20重量部の混合物
ブラックペースト:Polyton RM 2000(DIC社製)
整泡剤:Tegostab B8411(シリコーン系整泡剤、エボニック社製)
触媒1:Dabco 33LV(AirProducts社製)
熱可塑性高分子殻:アクリロニトリル系共重合体
発泡開始温度:70〜80℃
平均粒子径:10〜16μm
最大膨張温度:110〜120℃
膨張倍率:3〜20倍
熱可塑性高分子殻:アクリロニトリル系共重合体
発泡開始温度:100〜110℃
平均粒子径:6〜10μm
最大膨張温度:125〜135℃
膨張倍率:3〜20倍

上記材料を用いて、CANNON社高圧発泡機 A System 40STDを使用して、以下の試験例に使用される成形品を製造した。具体的な成形条件は、以下の表1に示される通りであった。
以下の試験例で評価した配合およびその成形品の物性測定は、以下に記載の方法に基づき実施した。
密度測定方法:JIS K 7112(A法 水中置換法)(ISO−1183対応)
キセノン耐候性試験方法:JIS K 5600−7−7:2008(キセノンランプ法)(ISO 11341:2004対応)−ブラックパネル温度63℃
光沢(グロス)測定方法:JIS K 5600−4−7
引張強度の測定方法:JIS K6251
伸び率の測定方法:JIS K6251
引裂強度の測定方法:JIS K6252
流動性試験:図1に示される試験用金型(モールド2)において、上記成形機の成形条件を用いて吐出時間1.3秒として、各配合が流動した距離を測定した。
以下の表2に示される各配合に従い、表1に記載の成形条件により、モールド1およびモールド2から得られる各評価用成形物を作成した。
また、モールド1の評価用成形物から得られた各サンプルについてキセノン耐候性試験を行い、グロス値(初期値、300時間後および700時間後)を測定した。さらに、耐候性試験開始から700時間後の各サンプルについて、引張強度、伸び率、引裂強度および表面硬度アスカーAの各物性値を測定し、試験開始前の初期物性値と比較した変化率を算出した。
結果は、表2に示される通りであった。
一方で、実施例1〜4では、発泡剤1または発泡剤2の熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを配合した。実施例1〜4では、それぞれ密度が低下し、流動性も改善し、耐候性は良好であった。
なお、比較例6〜8のポリウレタン樹脂成形品において、密度の比較的高いスキン層は、実施例1〜4のそれと比較すると薄かった。

Claims (9)
- 熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有する発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品を製造する方法であって、
ポリオール含有成分およびポリイソシアネート含有成分から反応射出成形法により発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品を生成する工程を含んでなり、
前記ポリオール含有成分および前記ポリイソシアネート含有成分の少なくとも一方が、前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有しており、
前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの含有量が、前記ポリオール含有成分および前記ポリイソシアネート含有成分の合計量100重量部に対して0.5〜7重量部であり、かつ
前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルが、以下の(A)および(B)の特徴を有する、方法:
(A)発泡前の平均粒子径5〜70μm
(B)発泡開始温度70〜110℃。 - 前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルが、以下の(C)および(D)から選択される少なくとも1つの特徴をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法:
(C)最大膨張温度110〜135℃
(D)膨張倍率3倍以上。 - JIS K 7112により規定される密度が0.6〜1.0g/cm3である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオール含有成分が、前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオール含有成分が、官能基数2〜3、分子量3000〜8000、水酸基価20〜50mgKOH/gであり、末端にエチレンオキシドが付加しているポリエーテルポリオールを含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート含有成分が、ポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートを含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオール含有成分およびポリイソシアネート含有成分がいずれも実質的に水を含まない、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオール含有成分および前記ポリイソシアネート成分の混合物を射出成形機より型中に射出し、前記型から前記発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品を取得する工程を含んでなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡性ポリウレタン樹脂成形品の脱型時間が30〜70秒である、請求項8に記載の方法。
