Abstract
Description
撹拌機4および熱処理手段5を備えた処理チャンバ3と、
容器1から液体ベース製品を受け入れるためのレセプタクル2と、
容器1に収容された液体ベース製品で満たされる充填位置P1から液体ベース製品を排出する排出位置P2までレセプタクル2を移動させる移動手段と、を備える。
液体ベース製品を収容する容器1を準備するステップと、
液体ベース製品を収容する容器1を開くステップと、
容器1の内容物のみをレセプタクル2に注ぐステップと、
レセプタクル2に注がれた容器1の内容物のみを、撹拌機4および熱処理手段5を備えた処理チャンバ3に移すステップと、
半液体のアイス完成品を得るまで、処理チャンバ3に移された容器1の内容物のみを熱処理手段5で冷却すると同時に撹拌機4で混合するステップ(このステップは容器1の内容物の「バッチフリージング」としても知られている)と、を含む。
Claims (17)
- 半液体のアイス食品を製造するための方法であって、
液体ベース製品を収容する容器(1)を準備するステップと、
液体ベース製品を収容する前記容器(1)を開くステップと、
前記容器(1)の内容物のみをレセプタクル(2)に注ぐステップと、
前記レセプタクル(2)に注がれた、前記容器(1)の前記内容物のみを、撹拌機(4)および熱処理手段(5)を備えた処理チャンバ(3)に移すステップと、
半液体のアイス完成品が得られるまで、前記処理チャンバ(3)に移された前記容器(1)の前記内容物のみを前記熱処理手段(5)で冷却し、同時に前記撹拌機(4)で混合するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記容器(1)が缶である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記容器(1)がブリックカートンである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記容器(1)がフルーツジュースを収容する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器(1)の前記内容物のみを前記処理チャンバ(3)に移す前記ステップが、前記レセプタクル(2)を充填位置(P1)から、前記容器(1)の前記内容物が前記レセプタクル(2)から前記処理チャンバ(3)に移される排出位置(P2)まで移動させるステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器(1)の前記内容物のみをレセプタクル(2)に注ぐ前記ステップが、前記レセプタクル(2)を充填位置(P1)に置くステップを含み、前記容器(1)の前記内容物のみを前記処理チャンバ(3)に移す前記ステップは、前記レセプタクル(2)を前記充填位置(P1)に保持するステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記レセプタクル(2)に注がれる前記内容物の容積が500mL以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記レセプタクル(2)に注がれる前記内容物の容積が350mL以下である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記レセプタクル(2)に注がれる前記内容物の容積が150mL以上500mL以下である、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記レセプタクル(2)に注がれる前記内容物の容積が200mL以上500mL以下である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記完成品が、アイスクリーム、ヨーグルト、ソルベ、コーヒーまたは冷菓クリームタイプの完成品である、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 半液体のアイス食品を製造するための機械であって、
撹拌機(4)および熱処理手段(5)を備えた処理チャンバ(3)と、
容器(1)から液体ベース製品を受け取るためのレセプタクル(2)と、
前記レセプタクル(2)が容器(1)に含まれる前記液体ベース製品で満たされる充填位置(P1)から前記レセプタクル(2)が前記液体ベース製品を排出する排出位置(P2)に前記レセプタクル(2)を移動するための移動手段と、を備える機械。 - 前記処理チャンバ(3)は、1000mL以下の内部容積を有する、請求項12に記載の機械。
- 前記処理チャンバ(3)は、800mL以下の内部容積を有する、請求項13に記載の機械。
- 前記処理チャンバ(3)は、500mL以下の内部容積を有する、請求項14に記載の機械。
- 前記処理チャンバ(3)は、150mL以上の内部容積を有する、請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記処理チャンバ(3)は、250mL以上の内部容積を有する、請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
