Claims (12)
- Li2 O、Na2O、K2O、MgO、CaO、SrO、BaOの群から選ばれる成分の内、少なくとも1成分を含むアルミノシリケートガラスにおいて、
ラマンスペクトルにおける400〜540cm−1に存在するラマンピークのピーク位置が500cm−1以下であり、仮想温度Tfがガラス転移温度Tgより高いことを特徴とするアルミノシリケートガラス。 - ラマンスペクトルにおける570cm−1の散乱強度I570と560cm−1の散乱強度I560の比(I570/I560)が2未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- ラマンスペクトルにおける630cm−1の散乱強度I630と600cm−1の散乱強度I600の比(I630/I600)が2未満であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 40〜80%、Al2O3 1〜40%、B2O3 0〜25%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O+MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 1〜40%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- クラック抵抗が500gf以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- ビッカース硬度が500以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- 破壊靱性K1cが0.60MPa・m0.5以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- ヤング率が60GPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- 板状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- 表面にイオン交換による圧縮応力層を有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- カバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
- 車両の窓ガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載のアルミノシリケートガラス。
