Abstract
Description
(i)1−H NMRにより測定して15%超80%未満の芳香族ブロック性(blockiness)指数、
(ii)1を超えるゴム相最大減衰係数、及び
(iii)−30℃超のゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度
を示す。特性(i)及び(iii)は、プレートツール(plate tool)を使用し、剪断モードにより、ASTM D4065に従って10rad/sで動的機械分析装置によって測定することができる。
(i)10℃を超える、ゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度とゴム相最大損失弾性率に対応する温度との差、及び
(ii)1.1を超えるゴム最大減衰係数(タンデルタ)
を示す。両方の特性は、プレートツールを使用し、剪断モードにより、ASTM D4065に従って10rad/sで動的機械分析装置によって測定することができる。
芳香族ブロック性指数=100*(積分2/積分1)

Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1個のブロックA及び少なくとも1個のブロックBを含むブロックコポリマーであって、
前記ブロックAが、5kg/molを超える分子量を有するポリ(ビニル芳香族)ブロックであり、
前記ブロックBが、1,3−ジエン及びビニル芳香族化合物に由来する重合単位を含み、15kg/molを超える分子量を有するゴムブロックであり、
前記ブロックBにおいて、
前記ビニル芳香族化合物に由来する重合単位が、前記ブロックBの全重量の5〜40wt%に相当し、
前記1,3−ジエンに由来する重合単位が、80wt%を超える重合イソプレン単位を含み、該重合イソプレン単位の45〜80mol%が、1,4−付加単位であり、
前記ブロックAが、前記ブロックコポリマー全体の5wt%超40wt%未満に相当し、
前記ブロックBが、前記ブロックコポリマー全体の33wt%超95wt%に相当し、
さらに、前記ブロックコポリマーが、
(i)1−H NMRにより測定して15%超80%未満の芳香族ブロック性指数、
(ii)1を超えるゴム相最大減衰係数、及び
(iii)−30℃超のゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度
を示し、
特性(i)及び(iii)が、プレートツールを使用し、剪断モードにより、ASTM D4065に従って10rad/sで動的機械分析装置によって測定される、
ブロックコポリマー。 - 前記ブロックコポリマーが、構造A−B、A−B−A、(A−B−A−)nX及び(A−B−)nXのうちの1つ以上を有し、Xがカップリング剤の残基であり、nが1〜30である、請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- さらに、ブロックDを含み、構造A−D−B、A−D−B−A、A−D−B−D−A、(A−D−B−)nX、(A−D−B−A−)nX、又はこれらの任意の組合せを有し、
Dが、本質的に、イソプレノイド共役ジエンに由来する重合1,3−ジエン単位を含むポリ(1,3−ジエン)ブロックであり、
Xが、カップリング剤の残基であり、
nが、1〜30であり、前記ブロックB又は前記ブロックDの末端にカップリングしたポリマーアームの数を表し、
カップリングしたブロックコポリマー種(A−D−B−)nX、(A−B−D−)nX、又はこれらの組合せが、前記ブロックコポリマーの全重量の20wt%超に相当し、
前記ブロックAが、前記ブロックコポリマーの全重量の5wt%超40wt%未満に相当し、
前記ブロックBが、前記ブロックコポリマーの全重量の33wt%超90wt%未満に相当し、
さらに、前記ブロックコポリマーが、
(i)10℃を超える、ゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度とゴム相最大損失弾性率に対応する温度との差、及び
(ii)1.1を超えるゴム相最大減衰係数(tanδ)、
(iii)−10℃超+30℃未満のゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度、及び
(iv)1℃あたり40MPa未満の、弾性係数(G’)の最大絶対変化、
(v)1.2を超えるゴム相最大減衰係数、
(vi)−10℃超+30℃未満のゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度、
(vii)1℃あたり40MPa未満の、弾性係数(G’)の最大絶対変化
のうちの1つ以上を示す、
請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 - 前記ブロックAが、9kg/mol〜40kg/molのGPC分子量を有する、請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記ブロックDが、3kg/mol〜50kg/molのGPC分子量を有し、
前記ブロックDが、50mol%超の前記重合1,3−ジエン単位を1,4−付加単位として有する、請求項3に記載のブロックコポリマー。 - 前記ブロックAがポリスチレンブロックであり、前記ブロックDがポリイソプレンブロックである、請求項3に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記重合イソプレンベースの50〜75mol%が1,4−付加単位であり、前記ブロックコポリマーが、
0℃超+20℃未満のゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度、及び
0℃超+20℃未満のゴムtanδピーク温度
を示す、請求項3に記載のブロックコポリマー。 - 構造A−B−A、(A−B−A−)nX及び(A−B−)mXのうちの1つ以上を有し、m>1の場合、前記1つ以上の構造が、前記ブロックコポリマーの全重量の75wt%〜100wt%に相当し、
前記ブロックコポリマーが、ASTM D412に従って測定して15MPa以上の引張強度を示す、請求項2に記載のブロックコポリマー。 - 構造A−D−B−A、A−D−B−D−A、(A−D−B−)pX、(A−D−B−A−)nX、又はこれらの任意に組合せのうちの1つ以上を有し、pが1を超える場合、前記1つ以上の構造が、前記ブロックコポリマーの全重量の75wt%〜100wt%に相当し、
前記ブロックコポリマーが、ASTM D412に従って測定して15MPa以上の引張強度を示す、請求項3に記載のブロックコポリマー。 - 前記ブロックコポリマーが選択的に水素化されており、
ブロックBの重合1,3−ジエン単位において二重結合の80mol%超が水素化されており、
芳香族環二重結合の30mol%未満が水素化されている、請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 - 前記ブロックコポリマーが選択的に水素化されており、
ブロックB及びDの前記重合1,3−ジエン単位において二重結合の92mol%超が水素化されており、
芳香族環二重結合の20mol%未満が水素化されている、請求項3に記載のブロックコポリマー。 - OH、ハロゲン、及びSO3Y(式中、Yは金属カチオン、H、アルコキシ、アリールオキシである)、酸無水物、又はCO2Z(式中、Zは金属カチオン、H、アルコキシ若しくはアリールオキシである)からなる群から選択される官能基をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のブロックコポリマーを含む、物品。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが選択的に水素化されている、請求項14に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 100重量部の請求項14に記載のブロックコポリマー、
合計で1〜500重量部の、パラフィン油、ナフテン油、天然油、粘着性付与樹脂又はこれらの組合せ、並びに
任意選択で、熱可塑性ポリマー及び/又は充填剤
を含む、組成物。 - 組成物100部あたり、
(i)1〜99重量部の請求項14に記載のブロックコポリマー、
(ii)99〜1重量部の少なくとも1種のゴム、及び
(iii)(i)及び(ii)の合計100重量部あたり1000重量部までの、充填剤、可塑剤、樹脂及び添加剤のうちの1つ以上
を含む、組成物。 - 組成物の全重量に基づいて、100重量部のエラストマー組成物、50〜200重量部の充填剤、0.1〜20重量部の硬化剤、及び70重量部までの可塑剤又は樹脂を含む組成物であって、
前記エラストマー組成物が、該エラストマー組成物の総重量に基づいて、5〜50重量部の請求項14に記載のブロックコポリマー、及び
5〜95重量部のゴム
を含む、組成物。 - 請求項17又は18に記載の組成物から調製される、物品。
- 組成物100部あたり、
100重量部の請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー又はその選択的水素化形態、
5〜80重量部のプロピレンベースポリマー、及び
40重量部未満のパラフィン油、ナフテン油、天然油又は粘着性付与樹脂
を含む振動減衰組成物であって、
前記組成物が、
−5℃〜+20℃のゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度、
0.8を超えるゴム相最大減衰係数、及び
10℃を超える、ゴム相最大減衰係数に対応する温度とゴム相最大損失弾性率に対応する温度との差
を示し、
これらは全て、プレートツールを使用し、剪断モードにより、ASTM D4065に従って10rad/sで動的機械分析装置によって測定されるものである、
振動減衰組成物。
