Abstract
Description
車両の前側に配置され、かつ、電池スタックを搭載するスタックフレームであって、
本体部と、
クラッシュボックスと、を備え、
前記本体部は、接合線に沿って相互に接合された複数の部材を備え、
前記複数の部材同士の間の接合線は、前記車両の前後方向に延び、
前記クラッシュボックスは、前記本体部の前側に配置され、
前記クラッシュボックスの側壁面は、前記接合線の延長線からずれる。
前記クラッシュボックスの側壁面は、前記リブの延長線上に設けられていることを特徴としてもよい。
前記クロス部材の幅は、隣り合う前記接合線同士の距離、及び前記クラッシュボックスの幅よりも大きいことを特徴としてもよい。
図1〜図3を参照して実施の形態1に係るスタックフレームについて説明する。図1は、実施の形態1に係るスタックフレームを示す上面図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係るスタックフレームを示す左側面図である。図3は、実施の形態1に係るスタックフレームを示す断面図である。
ところで、図4に示すスタックフレーム200がある。スタックフレーム200は、図1〜図3に示すスタックフレーム100の一変形例である。スタックフレーム200は、クラッシュボックスを除いて、スタックフレーム100と同じ構成を備える。
また、図5に示すスタックフレーム300がある。スタックフレーム300は、図1〜図3に示すスタックフレーム100の一変形例である。

Claims (3)
- 車両の前側に配置され、かつ、電池スタックを搭載するスタックフレームであって、
本体部と、
クラッシュボックスと、を備え、
前記本体部は、接合線に沿って相互に接合された複数の部材を備え、
前記複数の部材同士の間の接合線は、前記車両の前後方向に延び、
前記クラッシュボックスは、前記本体部の前側に配置され、
前記クラッシュボックスの側壁面は、前記接合線の延長線からずれる、
スタックフレーム。 - 前記本体部の前記複数の部材のうち少なくとも一つは、前記車両の前後方向に延びる複数の中空部と、前記複数の中空部を隔て、前記車両の前後方向に延びるリブとを備え、
前記クラッシュボックスの側壁面は、前記リブの延長線上に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタックフレーム。 - 前記本体部と前記クラッシュボックスの間に配置されたクロス部材をさらに備え、
前記クロス部材の幅は、隣り合う前記接合線同士の距離、及び前記クラッシュボックスの幅よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスタックフレーム。
