Description
「チタン又はチタン合金とセラミックスとの複合材料の焼結体を、チタンがα相からβ相に転移する第一温度で第一時間加熱する第一加熱工程と、
該第一加熱工程の後で、前記第一温度より高い第二温度で前記焼結体を第二時間加熱する第二加熱工程とを具備し、
少なくとも前記第二加熱工程を、窒素を含有するガス雰囲気で行う」ものである。
「前記第二加熱工程は、前記第一加熱工程と同一の処理空間で前記第一加熱工程に引き続いて行われ、
前記処理空間を、前記第一加熱工程の開始前に窒素を含有するガス雰囲気とする」ものとすることができる。
「前記複合材料に、ニッケルを含有させる」ものとすることができる。
Claims (3)
- チタン又はチタン合金とセラミックスとの複合材料の焼結体を、チタンがα相からβ相に転移する第一温度で第一時間加熱する第一加熱工程と、
該第一加熱工程の後で、前記第一温度より高い第二温度で前記焼結体を第二時間加熱する第二加熱工程とを具備し、
少なくとも前記第二加熱工程を、窒素を含有するガス雰囲気で行う
ことを特徴とする窒化材料の製造方法。 - 前記第二加熱工程は、前記第一加熱工程と同一の処理空間で前記第一加熱工程に引き続いて行われ、
前記処理空間を、前記第一加熱工程の開始前に窒素を含有するガス雰囲気とする
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒化材料の製造方法。 - 前記複合材料に、ニッケルを含有させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の窒化材料の製造方法。
