Claims (6)
- ノズル本体と、
前記ノズル本体に設けられ、前記ノズル本体の中心軸に沿って延在する貫通孔の吐出口側に形成された平面と、
前記平面の幅方向において前記平面の両側に配された一対のテーパ面を有するノズル位置決め部と、
前記一対のテーパ面の間に形成された位置決めピンと、
を備えるシール材吐出ノズル。 - 前記平面に対し一方側に形成された切り欠き部と、
前記平面に対し前記一方側とは反対の他方側に形成された整形部と、
を備える請求項1に記載のシール材吐出ノズル。 - 前記位置決めピンは、前記整形部に形成される請求項2に記載のシール材吐出ノズル。
- 前記切り欠き部の形状は、前記平面の幅方向において中央部に近づくほど前記吐出口から離隔する距離が大きくなる形状を有する請求項2または3に記載のシール材吐出ノズル。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシール材吐出ノズルと、
前記シール材吐出ノズルを着脱可能な保持装置と、
前記保持装置に接続された駆動装置と、
前記保持装置に取り付けられ、前記シール材吐出ノズルの係合溝と係合可能な係合ピンと、
を備えるシール材吐出装置。 - 前記シール材吐出ノズルは、前記駆動装置の進行方向とは反対側に傾斜した状態で前記保持装置により保持される請求項5に記載のシール材吐出装置。
