Claims (2)
- 薄板を最外層に配しつつ複数の金属板を重ね合わせた板組みを複数の電極により挟んで通電することにより溶接する溶接方法であって、
前記板組みをなす前記金属板のうち、前記薄板に接する電極として、凸形状であって、先端側に位置する中心側領域と、中心側領域よりも外周側に位置する外周側領域と、前記中心側領域及び前記外周側領域の境界に設けられた溝とを有するものを用ることを特徴とする溶接方法。 - 前記中心側領域が前記薄板に接触しつつ、前記外周側領域が前記薄板に対して非接触の状態で通電することにより溶接を開始し、前記外周側領域が前記薄板に接触するまで溶接を継続する段階と、
前記外周側領域を前記薄板に接触させた状態で溶接を行う段階とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
