Claims (15)
- 喫煙材を加熱するために配置されたヒーターを含む器具であって、ヒーターは、支持体と、支持体の内部に位置する少なくとも1つの加熱エレメントとを含み、支持体を加熱して、支持体が吸引のための喫煙材の少なくとも1つの成分を揮発させるようにされており、前記ヒーターは、当該器具のコントローラーに制御信号又は測定信号を与えるために前記支持体の内部に位置する少なくとも1つの電気回路を含む器具。
- 前記加熱エレメントの熱膨張係数は支持体の熱膨張係数に実質的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記加熱エレメントおよび支持体は化学的に結合した構造体を形成するために焼結されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の器具。
- 前記支持体はセラミック材を含み、前記加熱エレメントは電気抵抗線材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の器具。
- 前記支持体は、加熱している間喫煙材体を含むように構成された喫煙材加熱チェンバーに近接していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4いずれか1項記載の器具。
- 前記支持体の内部に層状に配置された複数の加熱エレメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか1項記載の器具。
- 前記加熱エレメントの層は、支持体を介して加熱エレメントビアによって相互接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の器具。
- 喫煙材を少なくとも120℃の喫煙材揮発温度に加熱するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7いずれか1項記載の器具。
- 喫煙材を120℃〜250℃の喫煙材揮発温度に加熱するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8いずれか1項記載の器具。
- 喫煙材を130℃〜180℃の喫煙材揮発温度に加熱するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9いずれか1項記載の器具。
- 少なくとも1つの加熱エレメントは、プリント加熱エレメントであり、少なくとも1つの電気回路はプリント電気回路であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10いずれか1項記載の器具。
- 少なくとも1つの電気回路は、温度測定回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11いずれか1項記載の器具。
- 温度測定回路は、抵抗温度検出器を含むことを特徴とする請求項12記載の器具。
- 支持体と、該支持体を加熱して支持体が吸引のための少なくとも1つの喫煙材の成分を揮発させるようにする支持体の内部に位置する少なくとも1つの加熱エレメントとを含むヒーターの使用であり、前記ヒーターは、当該器具のコントローラーに制御信号又は測定信号を与えるために前記支持体の内部に位置する少なくとも1つの電気回路を含むヒーターの使用。
- 支持体の内部に位置する少なくとも1つのプリント加熱エレメントを使用して当該支持体を喫煙材揮発温度に加熱すること、加熱された支持体が吸引のための少なくとも1つの喫煙材の成分を揮発させるようにすることを含む喫煙材の加熱方法であって、少なくとも1つの電気回路が、コントローラーに制御信号又は測定信号を与えるために前記支持体の内部に位置する喫煙材の加熱方法。
