Description
Claims (19)
- エアロゾル形成基体を含有する貯蔵部を備える消耗品カートリッジと共に用いる電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置であって、前記貯蔵部が、前記カートリッジを貫通して延びる開放端通路を包囲する流体透過可能な内面を有するものであり、前記装置は、
前記カートリッジの少なくとも一部を受け入れる空洞を有するハウジングと、
前記空洞内に配置されるヒーター組立品であって、
前記ハウジングと連結して前記空洞に挿入されるカートリッジの開放端通路内まで延びるように配置される細長支持部材、および、
前記細長支持部材の長さ方向に沿って離間して固定される複数の電気ヒーターであって、前記空洞内に受け入れられるカートリッジのエアロゾル形成基体を加熱する少なくとも1つの発熱体をそれぞれ有する前記複数の電気ヒーターを備える、前記ヒーター組立品と、
前記ヒーター組立品と接続した電源と、
前記電源および前記ヒーター組立品と接続した電気回路であって、前記複数の電気ヒーターの1つまたは複数の電気的パラメータを測定し、測定した電気的パラメータに基づいて、前記カートリッジ内のエアロゾル形成基体の概算残量または前記カートリッジ内のエアロゾル形成基体の概算分布を計算するように構成される前記電気回路とを備える、電気的に加熱されるエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記電気回路は、前記複数の電気ヒーターのそれぞれについての前記1つまたは複数の電気的パラメータを別個に測定して、前記複数の電気ヒーターのうちの2つ以上についての測定した電気的パラメータの相違に基づいて、概算残量、または概算分布、または概算残量および概算分布を計算するように構成される、請求項1記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 電源と接続したユーザー用インジケータをさらに備えるものであって、前記電気回路が、前記概算残量または前記概算分布に応じて前記ユーザー用インジケータを作動するように構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電気回路は、前記概算残量または前記概算分布に応じて、前記複数の電気ヒーターのうちの1つまたは複数への電力供給を別個に制御するように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電気回路は、前記概算残量または前記概算分布に応じて、前記複数の電気ヒーターのうちの1つまたは複数への電力供給を減少させるように構成される、請求項4記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 装置を通る気流経路の一部を形成する気流通路を画定する中空シャフト部によって、前記細長支持部材が形成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記複数の電気ヒーターは、前記中空シャフト部の長軸方向軸に対して横断するように、前記気流通路を横切って延びる、請求項6記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記複数の電気ヒーターのうちの1つまたは複数は、その長軸方向軸を、少なくとも1つの他の電気ヒーターの長軸方向軸に対して、前記中空シャフト部の長軸方向軸を中心に回転させるようにして前記気流通路を横切って延びる、請求項7記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記中空シャフト部は、複数の開口部を備えるものであって、前記複数の開口部において前記複数の電気ヒーターが保持され、前記複数の電気ヒーターは、前記複数の開口部を介して、前記空洞内に受け入れられるカートリッジの貯蔵部と流体連通となる、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記細長支持部材は、貫通面をその遠位端に有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記複数の電気ヒーターは、毛細管芯をそれぞれ備え、前記少なくとも1つの発熱体が、前記毛細管芯の周囲に配置されるコイルである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置と、エアロゾル形成基体を含有する貯蔵部を備える消耗品カートリッジとを備えるものであって、前記貯蔵部は、前記カートリッジを貫通して延びる開放端通路を包囲する流体透過可能な内面を有し、前記カートリッジの少なくとも一部が、前記細長支持部材が前記カートリッジの気流通路内まで延びるように、前記空洞内に受け入れられる、電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記貯蔵部は、別個に保存される第一のエアロゾル形成基体と第二のエアロゾル形成基体とを含有する、請求項12記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記複数の電気ヒーターが、前記第一のエアロゾル形成基体を加熱して第一のエアロゾルを形成する第一の電気ヒーターと、前記第二のエアロゾル形成基体を加熱して第二のエアロゾルを形成する第二の電気ヒーターとを備える、請求項13記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記電気回路は、前記第一のエアロゾル形成基体および前記第二のエアロゾル形成基体を独立に加熱可能であるように、前記第一の電気ヒーターおよび前記第二の電気ヒーターへの前記電源からの電力供給を別個に制御するように構成される、請求項14記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- システムを通る気流経路の一部を形成する気流通路を画定する中空シャフト部によって、前記細長支持部材を形成するものであって、前記貯蔵部は圧縮可能であり、前記カートリッジを貫通して延びる開放端通路の直径は、前記中空シャフト部の外径よりも小さい、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基体はエアロゾル形成液体である、請求項12から16のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記貯蔵部は、前記貯蔵部から前記ヒーター組立品までエアロゾル形成液体を移動させる、前記内面の一部または前記内面の全てを形成する毛細管芯を備える、請求項17記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システムのためのキットであって、前記キットは請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置と、複数の消耗品カートリッジであって、各カートリッジが前記カートリッジを貫通して延びる開放端通路を包囲する流体透過可能な内面を有する貯蔵部を備える複数の消耗品カートリッジと、を備え、前記貯蔵部は、別個に保存される第一のエアロゾル形成基体および第二のエアロゾル形成基体を含有する、キット。
