Claims (10)
- 一つの基板を含むディスプレイユニットと、
前記ディスプレイユニットの側に位置する基板と、
前記基板の前記ディスプレイユニットから離れた表面に粘着するバリア層と、
前記バリア層の前記ディスプレイユニットから離れた表面に粘着する超音波指紋感知ユニットと、を備え、
前記ディスプレイユニット、バリア層及び超音波指紋感知ユニットの音響インピーダンスは同じではなく、前記バリア層の音響インピーダンスの数値は、前記ディスプレイユニットの音響インピーダンスの数値と前記超音波指紋感知ユニットの音響インピーダンスの数値との間の数値であることを特徴とするタッチディスプレイモジュール。 - 前記タッチディスプレイモジュールはさらに一つの表示エリアを備え、前記ディスプレイユニットの少なくとも一部は前記表示エリア内に位置し、前記超音波指紋感知ユニットは前記表示エリア内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記バリア層は一つの導電層及び粘着層を備え、前記粘着層は前記導電層の対向する両側の一つの第一粘着層と一つの第二粘着層に設置されていることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記ディスプレイユニット及び前記超音波指紋感知ユニットは、前記粘着層により前記バリア層にボンディングされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記導電層の音響インピーダンスの数値は、前記第一粘着層の音響インピーダンスの数値と前記第二粘着層の音響インピーダンスの数値との間の数値であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記粘着層の光学密度は4以上であり、ヤング率は3MPaより大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記導電層は導電材料であって、前記導電層の表面抵抗は200mΩより小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記バリア層の前記基板上の投影面積は前記基板の面積より小さいかまたは等しく、前記超音波指紋感知ユニットの前記基板上の投影面積は、前記バリア層の前記基板上の投影面積より小さいかまたは等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記バリア層の音響インピーダンスの数値は前記ディスプレイユニットの音響インピーダンスと前記超音波指紋感知ユニットの音響インピーダンスの積の二分の一に近いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュール。
- 電子装置であって、前記電子装置は本体及び前記本体内に設置されるタッチディスプレイモジュールを備え、前記タッチディスプレイモジュールは請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイモジュールであることを特徴とする電子装置。
