Abstract
Description
分解してガスを発生するので、基材層15とシーラント層18の間に空隙が生じ、この空隙が断熱性をさらに向上させる。
着フィルムや、PETフィルムに酸化アルミニウムや酸化珪素等の無機酸化物を蒸着させた無機酸化物蒸着フィルム、あるいは、ポリ塩化ビニリデンコーティング、水溶性樹脂と無機層状化合物を含有する被膜や金属アルコキシドあるいはその加水分解物とイソシアネート化合物を反応させた被膜からなる樹脂層などのガスバリアコーティング層などを用いることができる。特にPETフィルムに蒸着層を設けたガスバリア性フィルムは、そのまま基材層15として用いることができる。
基材層として、厚さ15μmのナイロンフィルムを使用し、裏面に発泡インキを用いて発泡インキ層を部分的に形成した。シーラント層として厚さ60μmの直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)樹脂フィルムを用いた。両者をドライラミネートして積層体とした。表面積層体となるべき積層体には、予め所定の場所に基材層を貫通する切り込み線を設けておいた。
基材層として、厚さ15μmのナイロンフィルムを使用し、裏面にマイクロ波発熱インキを用いてマイクロ波発熱インキ層を部分的に形成し、さらにこれに重ねて発泡インキを用いて発泡インキ層を形成した。シーラント層として厚さ60μmの直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)樹脂フィルムを用いた。両者をドライラミネートして積層体とした。表面積層体となるべき積層体には、予め所定の場所に基材層を貫通する切り込み線を設けておいた。
比較例として、実施例1と同様の材料を用いて、発泡インキ層を含まない積層体を作成し、同様に包装袋を作成し、同様に評価した。その結果を表1にまとめた。

Claims (3)
- それぞれ基材層とシーラント層を有する表面積層体と裏面積層体のシーラント層同士を対向させ、周縁を熱シールして収納部を形成してなる包装袋であって、前記収納部を形成する表面積層体には、加熱によって発生した水蒸気によって包装袋の内圧が高まった時に自動的に水蒸気を開放するための通蒸機構を有し、該通蒸機構は、収納部を形成する表面積層体に、基材層を貫通するかまたは貫通しない切り込み線を設けたものであり、前記表面積層体および裏面積層体の、周縁シール部および前記切り込み線部分および包装袋の開封位置を除く部分の、前記基材層とシーラント層の間に、電子レンジ加熱によって発泡する発泡インキ層を設けたことを特徴とする包装袋。
- 前記表面積層体および裏面積層体の、周縁シール部および前記切り込み線部分および包装袋の開封位置を除く部分の、基材層と前記発泡インキ層の間、またはシーラント層と発泡インキ層の間に、マイクロ波によって発熱するマイクロ波発熱インキ層を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装袋。
- 表面積層体および裏面積層体を構成する基材層が、水蒸気および酸素の透過を抑制するガスバリア層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の包装袋。
