Abstract
Description
本願は、2016年10月24日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/412,195号の優先権の利得を主張するものであり、その内容は、参照することによって、その全体がここに含まれるものとする。
手術用照明は、ユーザーの種々の要求をバランスよく満たさねばならない。すなわち、光源は、明るくなければならないが過剰な熱を生じてはならず、標的に導かれなばならないが他の箇所を照らしてはならず、頑強でなければならないが、手術野へのアクセスを妨げないように小型でなければならない。多くの場合、これらの無数の要求のほとんどは、より低輪郭を必要とする装置内に配置されたより小さな照明要素によって達成されねばならない。しかしながら、現存するほとんどの手術用照明選択肢として、所望の標的を照明する場合、嵩張った照明要素を用いるか、又はその逆に、より流線的な設計のためにより脆弱になった照明要素を用いることが必要となっている。
Claims (23)
- 手術標的を照明するように構成される発光素子であって、
基部と、
伝導層の少なくとも一部を前記基部の上に連結した伝導層と、
絶縁層の少なくとも第1の部分を前記伝導層の上に連結し、かつ絶縁層の第2の部分を前記基部の上に連結した絶縁層と、
発光体と
を備え、
導体要素を受け入れるように寸法決めされた1つ又は複数の孔が、前記基部、前記伝導層、及び前記絶縁層を貫通している、発光素子。 - 少なくとも1つの導体要素をさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つの導体要素が、前記基部、前記伝導層、及び前記絶縁層を通る少なくとも1つの孔を貫通し、
前記少なくとも1つの導体要素が前記発光体に電気的に連結されている、請求項1に記載の発光素子。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導体要素が前記伝導層に電気的に接触している、請求項2に記載の発光素子。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体要素及び前記伝導層の間における電気的接触が、伝導面を通してなされるようになっている、請求項3に記載の発光素子。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体要素及び前記伝導層の間における電気的接触が、伝導縁を通してなされるようになっている、請求項3に記載の発光素子。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体要素及び前記伝導層の間における電気的接触が、伝導媒体によって促進されるようになっている、請求項3に記載の発光素子。
- 前記伝導媒体が半田となっている、請求項6に記載の発光素子。
- 手術標的を照明するように構成される発光システムであって、
近位部分及び遠位部分を有する外科装置と、
前記外科装置の遠位部分内に配置された発光素子であって、基部と、伝導層の少なくとも一部を前記基部の上に連結した伝導層と、絶縁層の少なくとも第1の部分を前記伝導層の上に連結し、かつ絶縁層の第2の部分を前記基部の上に連結した絶縁層と、発光体とを含み、導体要素を受け入れるように寸法決めされた1つ又は複数の孔が、前記基部、前記伝導層、及び前記絶縁層を貫通している、発光素子と、
を備えている発光システム。 - 前記外科装置がメス又は電極を備えている、請求項8に記載の発光システム。
- 少なくとも1つの導体要素をさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つの導体要素が、前記基部、前記伝導層、及び前記絶縁層を通る少なくとも1つの保持部を貫通し、
前記少なくとも1つの導体要素が前記発光体に電気的に連結されている、請求項8に記載の発光システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導体要素が前記伝導層に電気的に接触している、請求項10に記載の発光システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体要素及び前記伝導層の間における電気的接触が、伝導面を通してなされるようになっている、請求項11に記載の発光システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体要素及び前記伝導層の間における電気的接触が、伝導縁を通してなされるようになっている、請求項11に記載の発光システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体要素及び前記伝導層の間における電気的接触が、伝導媒体によって促進されるようになっている、請求項11に記載の発光システム。
- 前記伝導媒体が半田となっている、請求項14に記載の発光システム。
- 発光素子を製造する方法であって、
半田を基板パッケージに塗布するステップと、
1つ又は複数の導体要素を前記基板パッケージの1つ又は複数の導体要素受入孔に配置するステップであって、前記1つ又は複数の導体要素の各々が頂部及び底部を有する、ステップと、
前記基板パッケージに塗布された半田をリフローさせるステップと、
前記1つ又は複数の導体要素から余分な材料を除去するために、機械内に前記基板パッケージを固定するステップと、
前記1つ又は複数の導体要素から余分な材料を除去するステップと、
1つ又は複数の発光体を前記基部パッケージに接触させるステップと、
前記基板パッケージに塗布された半田をリフローさせるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数の導体要素がピン又はワイヤから構成されている、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記基板パッケージが基部、伝導層、及び絶縁層から構成されている、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの導体要素が前記伝導層と電気的に接触させられるようになっている、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記基板パッケージを固定するステップが、前記基部パッケージを前記基部の重なる部分に沿って研磨機内に締め付けることを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記除去するステップが、前記1つ又は複数の導体要素を前記絶縁層と略同一平面とするように、研磨加工、フライス加工、レーザー加工を行うことを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記リフローさせるステップが、前記発光体と前記1つ若しくは複数の導体要素又は前記伝導層との間に電気的接触をもたらすことを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記半田をリフローさせるステップが、前記基板をリフロー炉内に配置することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
