Abstract
Description
空気は、空気入口28を介して供給され、逆止弁30を介してスクリュ16,18に到り、ここで空気は圧縮される。5〜16倍に圧縮された空気オイル混合物は、スクリュ16,18を出た後、出口管34を通って上昇管路36を介して上昇し、温度センサ38へと直接吹き付けられる。
コンプレッサ10が停止する場合、スクリュコンプレッサ10のケーシング20の内部を排気し、圧力を下げる必要がある。

Claims (5)
- 商用車用のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)であって、少なくとも1つのケーシング(20)と放圧弁(80)とを有しており、
前記放圧弁(80)は、少なくとも1つのばね(102)と少なくとも1つの閉鎖エレメント(104)とを備えたばね荷重が加えられた閉鎖機構(100)を有しており、前記ばね(102)は、大気圧よりも高い予め規定された最低圧力に達すると、前記ばねが前記閉鎖エレメント(104)を操作するように規定されたばね力を有している、商用車用のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。 - 前記ばね(102)はコイルばねである、請求項1記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記閉鎖エレメント(104)は球である、請求項1または2記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記ばね荷重が加えられた閉鎖機構(100)は、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の入口管片(24)の近傍に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記ばね荷重が加えられた閉鎖機構(100)は、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の前記放圧弁(80)から前記入口管片(24)への排気管路内に配置されている、請求項4記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
