Abstract
Description
空気は、空気入口28を介して供給され、逆止弁30を介してスクリュ16,18に到り、ここで空気は圧縮される。5〜16倍に圧縮された空気オイル混合物は、スクリュ16,18を出た後、出口管34を通って上昇管路36を介して上昇し、温度センサ38へと直接吹き付けられる。

Claims (9)
- スクリュコンプレッサ(10)および電気モータ(5)を含む、商用車用のシステム(1)であって、前記電気モータ(5)は前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)を駆動し、前記電気モータ(5)は前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)にフランジ(12)によって接続されており、前記フランジ(12)は少なくとも1つの冷却接続部(104,106)を有していて、前記フランジ(12)には少なくとも1つの冷却通路が設けられている、スクリュコンプレッサ(10)および電気モータ(5)を含む、商用車用のシステム(1)。
- 前記フランジ(12)は、電気モータ(5)とスクリュコンプレッサ(10)との間に配置されている別個のエレメントである、請求項1記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記フランジ(12)内で、前記電気モータ(5)によって前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)を駆動するための駆動軸が案内されている、請求項1または2記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記フランジ(12)のための冷却流体は水性のものであり、特に冷却水が、または水と別の成分、例えばメチレングリコール、またはその他の適した凍結防止剤とから成る混合物が使用される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)は、圧縮空気を形成するためのスクリュコンプレッサ(10)である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記電気モータ(5)は、前記フランジ(12)との接続のために設けられている電気モータフランジを有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記フランジ(12)の前記少なくとも1つの冷却通路は、組み付けられた配置に関して、電気モータフランジの方向で開かれている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記冷却通路のシールは、電気モータフランジとフランジ(12)とを組み付けることにより初めて、組み付け状態において形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記電気モータ(5)もしくは前記電気モータフランジは、冷却通路および/または冷媒接続部を有していない、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のシステム(1)。
