Claims (10)
- 流体を噴射するインジェクタであって、
‐シール領域が配置された弁座(3)と、
‐インジェクタ中央軸(X‐X)上に配置された閉鎖要素(5)であって、前記弁座(3)で少なくとも1つの貫通口(30)を開放及び閉鎖する前記閉鎖要素(5)と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの貫通口(30)は、前記インジェクタ中央軸(X‐X)と傾斜角(β)成す主軸(300)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの貫通口(30)は、流入領域(41)を有し、
前記流入領域(41)は、先細りするよう実現される、インジェクタ。 - 前記主軸(300)に対して横方向に延在する、前記流入領域(41)の流れ断面(501)は、流れ方向(200)に連続的に縮小する、請求項1に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記流入領域(41)は、前記内壁が円錐中央軸(800)と円錐角(α)を成す内部中空円錐部(70)として実現される、請求項1又は2に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記円錐中央軸(800)は、ティルト角(δ)により前記貫通口(30)の前記主軸(300)と交差する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記流入領域(41)の、平面(E1)を定める前記進入流れ断面(501)は、前記平面(E1)上に、非円形の進入円周輪郭(601)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記進入円周輪郭(601)は、前記平面(E1)上に楕円形状に実現される、請求項5に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記平面(E1)上の前記進入円周輪郭(601)は、前記貫通口(30)の前記主軸(300)に最も近い第1の円周点(A)であって、前記平面(E1)上の前記主軸(100)を中心とする中心角(γ)=0を定める前記第1の円周点(A)と、前記貫通口(30)の前記主軸(300)から最も遠い第2の円周点(B)であって、特に中心角(γ)=180°に配置された前記第2の円周点(B)と、を含み、前記円錐角(α)は、前記中心角(γ)により可変に実現される、請求項6に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記貫通口(30)は、流れ方向(200)に前記流入領域(41)の下流側に、中間流れ断面(502)を有する中間流れ領域(42)を含み、及び、前記中間流れ領域(42)の下流側に、出口流れ断面(503)を有する出口流れ領域(44)を含み、特に、前記中間流れ断面(502)は、前記貫通口(30)の最も狭い流れ断面である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記中間流れ領域(42)及び/又は前記出口流れ領域(43)は、前記主軸(300)に対して円筒形状に実現される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記流入領域(41)は流入長さ(L1)を定め、前記中間流れ領域(42)は中間長さ(L2)を定め、前記出口流れ領域(43)は出口長さ(L3)を定め、前記流入長さ(L1)と前記中間長さ(L2)とは、互いに類似した大きさ又は同じ大きさであり、及び/又は、前記出口長さ(L3)は、前記流入長さ(L1)及び/又は前記中間長さ(L2)よりも大きく、特に約1.3〜2.3倍、さらに好適に1.4〜1.7倍大きい、請求項8又は9に記載のインジェクタ。
