Description
Claims (19)
- eベイピング装置のヒーター組立品を形成する方法であって、
第一のローブを形成するためにワイヤーを曲げることと、
前記第二のローブを形成するためにワイヤーを曲げることであって、前記第一のローブおよび前記第二のローブが、ローブの第一の組およびローブの第二の組を有する概して曲がりくねった形状のヒーターを形成し、前記第一のローブの第一の先端が概して前記第二のローブの第二の先端の反対側となる、ワイヤーを曲げることと、
実質的に管状の形態を有するヒーターを形成するために前記ローブの第一の組を前記ローブの第二の組に向かって丸めることであって、前記ヒーターがこれを通る開口部を画定する、丸めることとを含む方法。 - 前記開口部を通して芯を前記ヒーターの中にねじ込むことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記丸めることが、
芯を前記ローブの第二の組にわたって定置することと、
前記ヒーターが前記芯を少なくとも部分的に包囲するように、前記ローブの第一の組を前記芯の上で丸めることとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第三の先端を有する第三のローブを形成するためにワイヤーを曲げることと、
前記第四の先端を有する第四のローブを形成するためにワイヤーを曲げることと、
前記第五の先端を有する第五のローブを形成するためにワイヤーを曲げることとをさらに含み、前記第三の先端および前記第五の先端は前記ローブの第一の組の中になり、また前記第二の先端および前記第四の先端は前記ローブの第二の組の中になる、請求項1、2、または3に記載の方法。 - 前記ワイヤーがニッケルクロムワイヤーである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒーターの第一の端および第二の端に電気リードを取り付けることをさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ローブの各々が概してU字形状である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

ローブの第一の組およびローブの第二の組を有する概して曲がりくねった形状のワイヤーを形成するためにワイヤーを曲げることと、
