Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年7月22日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/365,960号の利点を請求するものであり、参照することによって本願に組み込まれるものとする。
各種実施形態は、一般に、マンマシンインタフェースに関し、より具体的には、触覚による操縦誘導システムに関する。
自動車、モーターバイク、ボート及び飛行機などの最近の乗物は、乗物サブシステムの性能を監視し、最適化するために制御ユニットへの依存を高めている。例えば、制御ユニットは、特定のサブシステムが最適に動作していないと判定とすることができ、次いで、サブシステムの動作を改善するために調節可能な1つ以上のパラメータを決定することができる。一方、いくつかのパラメータは、操縦者によって直接調節することができる。例えば、操縦者は、乗物の駆動シャフトを分離し、次いで変速比を調節するために、変速機クラッチ及びギアシフトなどの1つ以上の乗物装置を操作してもよい。
Claims (20)
- 触覚出力を介して乗物の態様を調整するようにユーザーを導くためのシステムであって、制御信号に応答して触覚出力を生成するように構成された1つ以上の触覚出力装置と、
前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置に結合されたプロセッサであって、
乗物装置に関連したパラメータを調整すべきであると判定し、
前記判定に応答して、前記制御信号を前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置に送信するように構成された前記プロセッサと
を含む、前記システム。 - 前記触覚出力は、前記乗物装置を動かすべき方向及び前記乗物装置を動かすべき距離のうちの少なくとも1つを指示する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記乗物装置に関連した前記パラメータを調整すべきであると判定することは、乗物制御ユニットから第2の制御信号を受信することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の制御信号は、前記パラメータの目標値を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、
前記パラメータの現在値及び前記パラメータの前記目標値に基づき、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置によって生成される前記触覚出力の方向及び場所のうちの少なくとも一方を決定し、
前記方向及び前記場所のうちの前記少なくとも1つに基づいて前記制御信号を生成するように更に構成されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記パラメータの現在値及び前記パラメータの前記目標値に基づき、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置を複数の触覚出力装置から選択するように更に構成されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサに結合され、センサデータを取得するように構成された1つ以上のセンサを更に含み、前記プロセッサは、前記センサデータを分析してユーザーの場所を決定するように更に構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記ユーザーの前記場所に基づき、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置によって生成される前記触覚出力の方向及び場所のうちの少なくとも一方を決定するように更に構成されている、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記ユーザーの前記場所に基づき、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置を複数の触覚出力装置から選択するように更に構成されている、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置は、超音波トランスデューサ及び空気出力装置のうちの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記触覚出力は畝を含み、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置は、前記乗物装置を動かすべき方向を指示するために前記畝の場所を時間の関数として変えるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記触覚出力を生成することは、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置に含まれる第1の触覚出力装置を介して第1の触覚出力を生成することと、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置に含まれる第2の触覚出力装置を介して第2の触覚出力を生成することとを含み、前記第1の触覚出力は、前記乗物装置の付近の前記第2の触覚出力と強め合うように干渉する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記乗物装置は、ギアシフト装置、ステアリング装置、アクセル装置、ブレーキ装置及びクラッチ装置のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 触覚出力を介して乗物の態様を調整するようにユーザーを導くための方法であって、
乗物装置に関連したパラメータを調整すべきであると判定することと、
前記判定に応答して、前記乗物装置の付近にある1つ以上の触覚出力装置に1つ以上の制御信号を送信することであって、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置が、前記1つ以上の制御信号に基づいて触覚出力を生成する、前記送信することと
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記乗物装置は、ギアシフト装置、ステアリング装置、アクセル装置、ブレーキ装置及びクラッチ装置のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記乗物装置に関連した前記パラメータを調整すべきであると判定することは、乗物制御ユニットから第2の制御信号を受信することを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の制御信号は、前記パラメータの目標値を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記パラメータの前記目標値に基づき、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置を複数の触覚出力装置から選択することを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- ユーザーの場所を指示するセンサデータを1つ以上のセンサから受信することと、
前記ユーザーの前記場所に基づき、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置によって生成される前記触覚出力の方向及び場所のうちの少なくとも一方を決定することと
を更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 命令を含む非一時的コンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、前記命令が、プロセッサによって実行されたとき、
乗物装置に関連したパラメータを調整すべきであるとの指示を乗物制御ユニットから受信するステップと、
前記指示に応答して、前記乗物装置の付近にある1つ以上の触覚出力装置に1つ以上の制御信号を送信するステップであって、前記1つ以上の触覚出力装置が、前記1つ以上の制御信号に基づいて触覚出力を生成する、前記送信するステップと
を実行することにより、前記触覚出力を介して乗物の態様を調整するようにユーザーを導くように前記プロセッサを構成する、前記非一時的コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
