Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年1月5日に中国特許庁に出願され、かつ「BATTERY COMPONENT AND MOBILE TERMINAL」と題する中国特許出願第201710007444.1号の優先権を主張し、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれるものとする。
Claims (14)
- バッテリであって、前記バッテリは、モバイル端末の後部筐体の内部にしっかりと接合され、前記バッテリは、バッテリ本体とパッケージケースとを備え、
前記バッテリ本体は、前記パッケージケースの内部に収容され、
前記パッケージケースは、第1の表面と、前記第1の表面とは反対側の第2の表面とを備え、前記第1の表面及び前記後部筐体は取り付けられ且つ固定され、前記第2の表面はティア構造を有し、前記パッケージケースは、前記バッテリの本体を取り出すために前記ティア構造を破ることにより破り開けられうる、
バッテリ。 - 前記パッケージケースは、前記バッテリの本体を覆う包装フィルムである、
請求項1に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記ティア構造は第1の破り線であり、前記第2の表面は前記第1の破り線に沿って破り開けられうる、
請求項2に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記第1の破り線は、前記第2の表面の中央領域に位置する、
請求項3に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記第1の破り線は、第1の副破り線と第2の副破り線とを含み、前記第1の副破り線は、第1の破り開口部を形成し、前記第1の副破り線は、前記第1の破り開口部から外側に延出して前記第2の副破り線を形成する、
請求項3に記載のバッテリ。 - 複数の第2の副破り線があり、前記複数の第2の副破り線は前記第1の破り開口部の周囲に均等に配置される、
請求項5に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記第1の副破り線により取り囲まれた領域は矩形であり、4本の第2の副破り線があり、前記4本の第2の副破り線は、前記第1の副破り線の四隅から外側にそれぞれ延出し、各第2の副破り線と、各隅部を形成する前記第1の副破り線の2つの辺との間の角度はいずれも90°より大きい、
請求項5に記載のバッテリ。 - 第2の破り線が前記包装フィルム上にさらに配置され、前記第2の破り線は、第2の破り開口部を形成し、前記第2の破り開口部は、前記バッテリの本体の正負の電極に沿って整列される、
請求項2に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記バッテリの本体の前記正負の電極に対応する前記パッケージケースの位置に開口部が設けられる、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記パッケージケースの壁厚が0.08mm未満である、
請求項1に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記バッテリの本体は、プラスチック包装装置を用いて前記包装フィルムで包装される、
請求項2に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記プラスチック包装装置を用いて前記バッテリの本体を包装するために使用される動作温度は、80℃未満である、
請求項11に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記包装フィルムの材料はポリエチレンである、
請求項2〜8、10〜12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ。 - 後部筐体と、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の前記バッテリとを備えたモバイル端末であって、
前記後部筐体は、底面パネルと、前記底面パネルの外周部に配置された側面パネルとを備え、収容溝が前記底面パネルと前記側面パネルとにより取り囲まれ、前記バッテリは前記収容溝の内部にしっかりと接合される、
