Claims (20)
- ワークピース(100、600)を機械加工するためのシステム(500、900)であって、前記ワークピース(100、600)が内部通路(112、612)を画定する内面(110、610)を含み、前記システム(500、900)が、
前記内部通路(112、612)内に設置されかつ前記ワークピース(100、600)とは電気的に分離された電極(116、616)と、
前記電極(116、616)と前記ワークピース(100、600)との間の隙間(103、603)に電解液(314、714)を循環させるための電解液供給部(310、710)と、
前記内面(110、610)を平滑化することを促進させるために前記電極(116、616)と前記ワークピース(100、600)との間に電圧を印加するための電力供給部(320、720)と、
前記内面(110、610)を平滑化した後で前記内部通路(112、612)内から前記電極(116、616)を完全に取り除くための除去装置(400、800)と
を備える、システム(500、900)。 - 前記電極(116、616)が、付加製造装置(202)を使用して前記内部通路(112、612)内に形成され、
前記除去装置(400、800)が、エッチング溶液供給部(410)を備え、前記エッチング溶液供給部(410)のエッチング溶液(414)が、前記電極(116、616)を完全に溶解させるために、前記内部通路(112、612)内から前記電解液(314、714)を取り除いた後で前記内部通路(112、612)へと循環させるが前記平滑化した内面(110、610)とは接触しないように構成される、請求項1記載のシステム(500、900)。 - 前記除去装置(400、800)は、前記エッチング溶液(414)によって溶解されることから前記平滑化した内面(110、610)を保護するために前記平滑化した内面(110、610)に堆積された耐腐食コーティング(420)を含み、
前記耐腐食コーティング(420)が、前記内部通路(112、612)内から前記エッチング溶液(414)を取り除いた後で前記内部通路(112、612)内から取り除かれる、請求項2記載のシステム(500、900)。 - 前記耐腐食コーティング(420)が、ワックスまたはスラリによって形成される、請求項3記載のシステム(500、900)。
- 前記耐腐食コーティング(420)が、加熱またはエッチングによって前記内部通路(112、612)内から取り除かれる、請求項3記載のシステム(500、900)。
- 前記電極(116、616)が、中実電極、中空電極、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1記載のシステム(500、900)。
- 前記電極(116、616)が前記内部通路(112、612)へと挿入され得ることを確実にするために、前記電極(116、616)はフレキシブルであり、

前記第1の部分(620)および前記第2の部分(622)が付加製造装置(202)を使用して一緒に形成され、前記導電性コーティング(630)および前記導電性ストリップが前記電極(116、616)の導電性を与えるために一緒につなげられる、請求項7記載のシステム(500、900)。 - 前記第1の部分(620)の各々および前記第2の部分(622)の各々が、隣り合わせに組み立てられる、請求項9記載のシステム(500、900)。
- 前記第1の部分(620)の各々が、非導電性材料から作られ、前記第2の部分(622)の各々が、非導電性材料から作られ、

前記内面(110、610)を平滑化することを促進させるために前記電極(116、616)と前記ワークピース(100、600)との間に電圧を印加するステップと、
前記内面(110、610)を平滑化した後で前記内部通路(112、612)内から前記電極(116、616)を完全に取り除くステップと
