Claims (12)
- 格子構造のワークピースを機械加工するためのシステムであって、
格子構造の複数の電極であって、前記電極の各々と前記ワークピースとは互いに絡み合って、かつ、互いに電気的に絶縁されている、複数の電極と、
前記ワークピースおよび前記電極の各々の周りに、および前記ワークピースと前記電極の各々との間に電解質を循環させる電解質供給部と、
前記ワークピースの表面の平滑化を容易にするために前記ワークピースと前記電極の各々との間に電圧を印加する電力供給部と、
を含むシステム。 - 前記電極の各々を少なくとも部分的に溶解させるために、前記ワークピースと前記電極の各々との間の前記電圧の極性が反転される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 格子構造のワークピースを機械加工するためのシステムであって、
格子構造の複数の電極であって、前記電極と前記ワークピースとは互いに絡み合って、かつ、互いに電気的に絶縁されている、複数の電極と、
前記ワークピースおよび前記電極の周りに、および前記ワークピースと前記電極との間に電解質を循環させる電解質供給部と、
前記ワークピースの表面の平滑化を容易にするために前記ワークピースおよび前記電極のいずれか2つの間に電圧を印加する電力供給部と、
を含むシステム。 - 前記電極のいずれか1つの表面の平滑化を容易にするために、前記ワークピースおよび前記電極のいずれか2つの間の前記電圧の極性が反転される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記電圧の極性が、決定された高い周波数で切り換えられる、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- カソード反応は、前記電圧の前記極性が切り換えられたときにアノード反応を加速するために、酸素発生を最適化するように構成され、前記酸素発生は、前記ワークピースの電気化学的機械加工を強化するように構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記ワークピースおよび前記電極はペアになって前記電力供給部に結合され、前記ワークピースおよび前記電極のすべての表面の平滑化を容易にするために、前記ワークピースおよび前記電極の各ペア、または前記2つの電極の各ペアに前記電圧が順次印加される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記ワークピースおよび前記電極のいずれか2つの間の電圧の極性を反転させて、前記電極のいずれか一方を少なくとも部分的に溶解させる、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 格子構造のワークピースを機械加工するための方法であって、
格子構造の複数の電極を設けるステップであって、前記電極の各々と前記ワークピースとは互いに絡み合って、かつ、互いに電気的に絶縁されている、ステップと、
前記ワークピースおよび前記電極の各々の周りに、および前記ワークピースと前記電極の各々との間に電解質を循環させるステップと、
前記ワークピースの表面の平滑化を容易にするために前記ワークピースと前記電極の各々との間に電圧を印加するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記電極の各々を少なくとも部分的に溶解させるために、前記ワークピースと前記電極の各々との間の前記電圧の極性を反転させるステップ
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 格子構造のワークピースを機械加工するための方法であって、
格子構造の複数の電極を設けるステップであって、前記電極と前記ワークピースとは互いに絡み合って、かつ、互いに電気的に絶縁されている、ステップと、

を含む方法。 - 前記電極のいずれか1つの表面の平滑化を容易にするために、前記ワークピースおよび前記電極のいずれか2つの間の前記電圧の極性を反転させるステップ
