Claims (22)
- マイクロ構造体を形成するための回転組立体であって、
回転軸を中心に回転可能な回転本体と、
前記回転軸から離間されるように、前記回転本体に設置され、外側面に所定の粘性組成物が位置される第1の支持部材と、及び
前記回転本体の内部と外部を連通させる流体連通部と、を含み、
前記回転本体の回転時、前記粘性組成物が前記回転軸の半径外側方向に引張され、引張された前記粘性組成物が前記流体連通部を介して硬化されることにより、マイクロ構造体を形成させる、
回転組立体。 - 前記第1の支持部材の外側面と対向する内側面を有し、前記回転軸の半径方向に前記第1支持部材から離間配置される第2の支持部材を含み、
前記回転本体の回転時、前記粘性組成物が前記第2の支持部材の内側面まで引張されることにより、マイクロ構造体を形成させる、
請求項1に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記流体連通部は、前記回転本体の外周面に形成される流動ホールからなる、
請求項2に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記回転本体には、前記流動ホールと連通される収容溝が形成され、前記収容溝に前記第1の支持部材及び前記第2の支持部材のうちの少なくとも前記第1の支持部材が設置される、
請求項3に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記第1の支持部材及び前記第2の支持部材を前記収容溝に固定させる固定部材を含み、前記固定部材が前記収容溝に挿入されるように、前記固定部材の断面は、前記収容溝の断面に対応するように形成される、
請求項4に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記固定部材は、一面に半径方向の外側に陥入される結合溝が形成され、前記結合溝の内側面に前記第1の支持部材及び前記第2の支持部材が結合される、
請求項5に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記固定部材は、前記一面の両端部側に前記回転本体の一方に突出形成され、前記固定部材が前記収容溝に挿入される時、前記固定部材をガイドするガイド部材を含む、
請求項6に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記固定部材は、前記収容溝に前記固定部材を固定させる締結部材をさらに含み、
前記締結部材は、ボルトであり、前記固定部材には、前記ボルトが貫通することができる貫通ホールが形成され、
前記回転本体の外周面には、前記ボルトが締結されることができる結合ホールが形成される、
請求項5に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記固定部材は、断面が「コ」字状である、
請求項5に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記第1の支持部材と前記第2の支持部材との間に前記第1の支持部材と前記支持部材との間の間隔を維持するための間隔維持部材をさらに含む、

一面は、前記第1の支持部材と接し、
他面は、前記第2の支持部材と接する「コ」字状の間隔フレームである、

前記第1の支持部材を固定させるために、一面に固定溝が形成され、前記固定溝の端部が前記第2の支持部材の他面に接するホルダー部材である、
請求項11に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記第1の支持部材及び前記第2の支持部材は、複数形成され、
前記結合溝には、前記結合溝の内側の一面から前記結合溝の端部側に並んで配列された複数の結合部材を含み、
前記複数の結合部材には、前記複数の第1の支持部材及び前記複数の第2の支持部材が設置される、
請求項6に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記複数の結合部材のそれぞれは、板状に形成され、
前記複数の結合部材のそれぞれの一面に突出形成されて、前記複数の結合部材の間の間隔を維持するための突出部材を含む、
請求項13に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記収容溝は、前記回転本体の放射方向に複数形成され、
前記複数の収容溝のそれぞれに、前記第1の支持部材及び前記第2の支持部材のうちの少なくとも1つが設置される、
請求項14に記載の回転組立体。 - 前記第1の支持部材及び前記第2の支持部材は、板または曲線の形に形成される、

マイクロ構造体の製造装置。 - 前記中空部の一側に形成された開口部を開閉することができるように、前記ハウジングに結合可能なハウジングの蓋を含む、
請求項19に記載のマイクロ構造体の製造装置。 - 前記圧力低減部は、前記中空部を真空に形成させる、
