Claims (21)
- ポストミックス飲料注出システムであって、
頂壁、底壁、第1の側壁、第2の側壁、背壁、及び前扉を有するハウジングであって、前記ハウジングは、
水槽、氷バンク、コイルパック、及び第1の蒸発器コイルを有する第1の区画と、
濃縮物源、氷貯蔵箱、第2の蒸発器コイル、及び蒸発器ファンを有する第2の区画と、
カーボネータポンプ、カーボネータタンク、圧縮機、凝縮器コイル、及び凝縮器ファンを有する第3の区画と、を含む、ハウジングと、
前記第1の区画及び前記第2の区画内の温度を低減するために前記ハウジング内に全体が配設された冷凍システムであって、前記冷凍システムは、前記第1の蒸発器コイル、前記第2の蒸発器コイル、前記蒸発器ファン、前記圧縮機、前記凝縮器コイル、及び前記凝縮器ファンを含む、冷凍システムと、
注出ノズルと、を含み、
前記水槽からの水は、前記第2の蒸発器コイルに循環され、
前記コイルパックは、水導管、炭酸水導管、及び濃縮物導管を含み、
前記濃縮物導管は、前記濃縮物源及び前記注出ノズルに流体的に接続されている、ポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - 前記炭酸水導管は、前記カーボネータタンク及び前記注出ノズルに流体的に接続されている、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。
- 前記カーボネータポンプは、前記カーボネータタンク内で水と二酸化炭素とを組み合わせて炭酸水を生成し、
前記炭酸水は、前記炭酸水導管に流入する、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - 氷分配機構と、
前記扉の氷開口部であって、前記氷分配機構は、前記氷貯蔵箱からの氷を前記氷開口部に移動させる、氷開口部と、を更に備える、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - 前記頂壁は、着脱可能に前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記頂壁が取り除かれたときに前記氷貯蔵箱へのアクセスを可能にする、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。
- 前記頂壁は、前記背壁、第1の側壁、及び第2の側壁のうちの1つにヒンジ式に接続され、前記頂壁が開放位置にあるときに前記氷貯蔵箱へのアクセスを可能にする、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。
- 前記ハウジング内に位置決めされて、前記濃縮物導管を通して濃縮物を移動させるポンプを更に備える、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。
- 前記第2の区画に位置決めされた第2の濃縮物源を更に備え、
前記コイルパックは、第2の濃縮物導管を含み、
前記第2の濃縮物導管は、前記第2の濃縮物源及び第2の注出ノズルに流体的に接続されている、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記濃縮物源を保持する第1の内部構造と、
前記第2濃縮物源を保持する第2の内部構造と、を含み、前記第2の内部構造は、前記第1の内部構造の下方に位置決めされている、請求項8に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - 前記第2の区画に位置決めされた第3の濃縮物源を更に備え、
前記コイルパックは、第3の濃縮物導管を含み、
前記第3の濃縮物導管は、前記第3の濃縮物源及び第3の注出ノズルに流体的に接続されている、請求項8に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - 前記濃縮物源は、前記ハウジングから取り外し可能である、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。
- 前記冷凍デッキ及び炭酸化デッキは、前記水槽に浸漬され、前記ハウジングから取り外し可能に構成されている、請求項1に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。
- 断熱されたハウジングと、
前記断熱されたハウジング内に位置づけされた冷凍システムであって、前記冷凍システムは、第1の蒸発器コイル、前記第1の蒸発器コイルと直列の第2の蒸発器コイル、蒸発器ファン、圧縮機、凝縮器コイル、及び凝縮器ファンを含む、冷凍システムと、希釈液導管内の飲料希釈液であって、前記希釈液導管の一部は、前記第1の蒸発器コイル、水槽、及び氷バンクによって冷却される、飲料希釈液と、
前記第2の蒸発器コイル及び前記蒸発器ファンによって冷却される前記ハウジングの内部領域内に位置決めされた濃縮物容器内の飲料濃縮物と、
前記ハウジングの前記内部領域内に位置決めされた氷貯蔵箱と
前記氷貯蔵箱から氷を注出する氷搬送機構と、を備える、ポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - 前記濃縮物容器は、使い捨てである、請求項12に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。
- 前記ハウジングの前記内部領域内に位置決めされた第2の濃縮物容器内の第2の飲料濃縮物、を更に備え、
前記第1の濃縮物容器の容積は、前記第2の濃縮物容器の容積よりも大きい、請求項12に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - カーボネータポンプと、
カーボネータタンクと、を更に備え、
前記カーボネータポンプは、前記カーボネータタンク内の第2の飲料希釈液に二酸化炭素を付加して、炭酸希釈液を生成する、請求項12に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - 前記炭酸希釈液は、前記カーボネータタンクを出て、炭酸希釈液導管に入り、
前記炭酸希釈液導管の一部は、前記第1の蒸発器コイル、前記水槽、及び前記氷バンクによって冷却される、請求項15に記載のポストミックス飲料注出システム。 - ポストミックス飲料注出システムから飲料を注出するための方法であって、
水槽、氷槽、コイルパック、及び冷凍システムの第1の部分を有する、第1の内部区画と、
濃縮物容器内の濃縮物、氷貯蔵箱内の氷、及び冷凍システムの第2の部分を有する第2の内部区画と、
冷凍システムの第3の部分を有する第3の内部区画と、を含む、断熱されたハウジングを提供することと、
前記濃縮物容器を前記断熱されたハウジング上に位置決めされた注出ノズルに流体的に接続することと、
希釈液源を前記断熱されたハウジング内の希釈液導管に流体的に接続することであって、前記希釈液導管の一部は、前記コイルパック内の前記第1の内部区画を通過する、流体的に接続することと、
前記希釈液導管を前記注出ノズルに流体的に接続することと、
前記飲料濃縮物と前記希釈液源からの希釈液とを前記注出ノズルで混合して飲料を注出することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記氷貯蔵箱から氷を注出することを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の内部区画内のカーボネータポンプ及びカーボネータタンクを提供することと、
前記希釈液導管及び前記カーボネータタンクに流体的に接続されたプリ炭酸希釈液導管を提供することと、
前記カーボネータタンク内の希釈液に二酸化炭素を加えて、炭酸希釈液を生成することと、
前記カーボネータタンク及び前記注出ノズルに流体的に接続されたポスト炭酸希釈液導管を提供することと、
前記飲料濃縮物と前記炭酸希釈液とを前記注出ノズルで混合して炭酸飲料を注出することと、を更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記ポスト炭酸希釈液導管の一部は、前記コイルパック内の前記第1の内部区画を通過する、請求項19に記載の方法。
