Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年3月11日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2016−0029514号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本出願は、保護フィルムおよびこれを含む偏光板に関する。
<粘着剤層の製造>
エチルアセテートのうち2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2−EHA)および2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(2−HEA)を98:2(2−EHA:2−HEA)の重量比で共重合し、アクリル系共重合体の溶液を得た。
前記粘着剤組成物をA4300PET(Toyobo社)(厚さ:100μm)の一面にコーティングし、乾燥させた後、塗膜の厚さが15μmである透明な粘着剤層を形成した。乾燥直後に、離型フィルムを覆って、40℃で4日間熟成させる。
金属塩としてK(CF3SO2)2Nを使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
金属塩としてMg((CF3SO2)2N)2を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
化学式1のポリオルガノシロキサンを1重量部投入したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
化学式1のポリオルガノシロキサンを添加しないことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
化学式1のポリオルガノシロキサンの代わりにポリジメチルシロキサンを使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
金属塩の代わりに、帯電防止剤としてアンモニウム塩((n−C4H9)3(CH3)N+−N(SO2CF3)2)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
実施例および比較例で製造した保護フィルムの粘着剤層を、表面エネルギーが15mN/m〜40mN/mの範囲内にあるアンチグレア偏光板(アンチグレア層/TAC(tri−acetyl−cellulose film)フィルム層/PVA(polyvinyl alchol)層/TACフィルム層)のアンチグレア層にラミネートさせた後、前記偏光板をA4サイズにカットし、保護フィルムがラミネートされた偏光板の反対面を両面テープを用いて底面に固定し、サンプルを製造した。また、静電気測定機の場合、SHISHIDO社のSTATIRON DZ−4モデルを利用して測定し、サンプルとの測定距離は、3cmに固定した。保護フィルムの剥離速度は、30m/minであり、剥離角度は180°で保護フィルムを剥離しつつ、発生する静電気を測定した。前記測定において、0.5kV以上の場合は不良、0.5kV未満の場合は良好と判断され得る。
実施例および比較例で製造した保護フィルムを実験例1のように、アンチグレア偏光板にラミネートさせた後、50℃で一日以上放置し、汚染性評価の視認性を確保するために保護フィルムがラミネートされた偏光板の反対面にBlack Tapeをラミネートした。また、保護フィルムを偏光板から剥離したり、付着したりすることを繰り返して、人為的に気泡を混入させた後、常温で一日以上放置した。気泡が含まれた保護フィルムを50℃で3時間熱処理を行った後、目視で汚染性の有無を確認した。気泡のむらが目視で観察されない場合はOと表示し、気泡のむらが目視で観察される場合はXと表示して分類した。
