Claims (40)
- 筐体、
流体の前記筐体への流入を可能にする入口、
前記筐体の両端に配置された第1および第2の流れ分配器、
流体の前記筐体からの流出を可能にする出口、ならびに
前記筐体内に配置された巻き膜複合体を含み、前記巻き膜複合体は
少なくとも1つの公称粒径を有する無機粒子を含有する少なくとも1つの高分子膜、および
少なくとも1つの非透過性層を含み、
前記高分子膜および前記無機粒子のうちの少なくとも一方は親和性リガンドと共有結合しており、前記親和性リガンドは標的タンパク質または標的抗体に可逆的に結合し得る、アフィニティークロマトグラフ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの非透過性層は中実状態の少なくとも1つの熱可塑性高分子膜を含む、請求項1に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフ装置。
- 前記無機粒子はシリカ、ゼオライト、ヒドロキシアパタイト、金属酸化物、およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフ装置。

前記第2の高分子膜は第3の公称粒径を有する第2の無機粒子と第4の公称粒径を有する第2の無機粒子を含む、請求項14に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフ装置。 - 前記高分子膜は発泡フッ素系高分子膜である、請求項14に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフ装置。
