Claims (5)
- ポリマー収着剤粒子を支持するフィルタ支持体を備えるエアフィルタであって、前記ポリマー収着剤が、
(a)重合性組成物の重合生成物を含む前駆体ポリマー材料であって、前記重合性組成物が、
(1)前記重合性組成物中のモノマーの総重量に基づいて8〜65重量%の無水マレイン酸、
(2)前記重合性組成物中のモノマーの総重量に基づいて30〜85重量%のジビニルベンゼン、及び
(3)前記重合性組成物中のモノマーの総重量に基づいて0〜40重量%のスチレン系モノマー(前記スチレン系モノマーは、スチレン、アルキル置換スチレン、又はこれらの組み合わせである。)、
を含む前記前駆体ポリマー材料と、
(b)アンモニア、単一の一級アミノ基(−NH2)を有する化合物、又は式−NHR[式中、Rは水素又はアルキルである。]のアミノ基を少なくとも2つ有する化合物から選択される窒素含有化合物との反応生成物を含み、
前記ポリマー収着剤が多孔質粒子の形態で存在する、エアフィルタ。 - 前記フィルタ支持体が、内部を呈する繊維ウェブを含み、前記ポリマー収着剤粒子が、前記ウェブの前記内部の少なくとも部分内に配置されている、請求項1に記載のエアフィルタ。
- 前記エアフィルタが、強制空気加熱ユニット、強制空気冷却ユニット、強制空気加熱/冷却ユニット、室内空気清浄器、及び自動車用車内空気濾過ユニットからなる群から選択される空気処理装置のエアフィルタ受け部に挿入されるように構成されたフレーム付きエアフィルタである、請求項1に記載のエアフィルタ。
- 前記フィルタ支持体が、ポリマー収着剤粒子が配置された内部を有し、かつ少なくとも1つの空気吸入口及び少なくとも1つの空気排出口を有する容器を含む、請求項1に記載のエアフィルタ。
- 空気からアルデヒドの少なくとも一部を捕集する方法であって、前記方法が、
請求項1に記載のポリマー収着剤粒子を有するフィルタ支持体を備えるエアフィルタを、前記ポリマー収着剤粒子が前記空気に暴露されるように配置することと、
前記空気中に存在する前記アルデヒドの少なくとも一部を前記ポリマー収着剤粒子に収着させることと、を含み、
前記アルデヒドが、式(I)
R2−(CO)−H
(I)
[式中、R2は水素、アルキル、ビニル、又はアリールである。]のものであり、式(I)の前記アルデヒドの分子量は200g/モル以下である、方法。
