Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年3月4日出願の欧州特許出願公開第16158794.4号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、この出願の全内容は、あらゆる目的のために参照により本明細書に援用される。
(i)主要量の少なくとも1種のフルオロポリマーであって、
− 3〜6モル%の、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(MVE)に由来する繰り返し単位、
− 94〜97モル%の、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)に由来する繰り返し単位
から本質的になるテトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)/パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(MVE)コポリマーからなる群から選択され、前記TFE/MVEコポリマーは、5kgのピストン荷重下において372℃で測定される場合に100g/10分超のメルトフローレート(MFR)を有する、少なくとも1種のフルオロポリマーと、
(ii)組成物(C)の総重量に対して1〜45重量%の、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、二硫化亜鉛(ZnS2)、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)及び硫酸バリウム(BaSO4)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の顔料[顔料(P)]と、任意選択的に、
(iii)顔料(P)と異なる少なくとも1種の強化充填材[充填材(F)]と
を含むフルオロポリマー組成物[組成物(C)]にさらに関する。
− 3.7〜5.8モル%の、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(MVE)に由来する繰り返し単位、
− 94.2〜96.3モル%の、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)に由来する繰り返し単位
から本質的になる。
本組成物(C)は、安定化添加剤、とりわけ離型剤、可塑剤、潤滑剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤及び酸化防止剤等の追加成分を任意選択的に含むことができる。
本発明の態様はまた、すべてのそれらの他の特性を高レベルに維持しながら、先行技術部品及び物品を上回る様々な利点、特に熱及び放射線(可視及びUVの両方)への同時曝露に対する耐性の増加を提供する、上に詳述されたようなフルオロポリマー組成物(C)を含む少なくとも1種の構成部品を含む物品を提供する。好ましくは、この物品又は物品の一部は、上に詳述されたような組成物(C)からなる。
上に詳述されたような物品は、とりわけ圧縮成形、押出成形、射出成形、又は他の溶融加工技術を含む標準技術により、上に詳述されたような組成物(C)を加工して製造され得る。
13.9リットルの脱塩水、米国特許第4,864,006号明細書に従って調製された128grのマイクロエマルジョンを、真空にした後の、400rpmで動作する攪拌機を備えた22リットルのAISI316鋼垂直に順に導入した。次に、反応器を75℃の温度に達するまで加熱し、この温度で0.8バール(絶対)に等しい量でエタンを導入し、3.1バール(絶対)の量でのMVEを供給する。24モル/モルの名目モル比TFE/MVEでのガス状TFE/FMVE混合物を、好適な圧縮機によって21バール(絶対)の圧力に達するまで供給した。計量供給ポンプにより、水中の118mlの過硫酸アンモニウム溶液(0.044M)を供給して重合を開始させた。前述のモノマー混合物を供給することによって重合圧力を一定に維持し、8800gの上記混合物を供給したときにモノマー供給を中断し、攪拌を停止し、圧力が7.5バール(絶対)に達するまで圧力を低下させた。反応器を室温で冷却し、エマルジョンを排出させ、硝酸65%で凝固させた。粉末の形態下の凝固ポリマーを水で洗浄し、次に220℃で乾燥させた。ポリマー組成物は、MVE4モル%及びTFE96モル%であることが分かり、MFI(372℃/5kg)は110g/10分であり、融点は284℃であった。
実施例1に記載された重合を、以下の成分の量を除いて繰り返した:エタン 0.87バール(絶対)。ポリマーは、MFI 170g/10分を有することが分かった。
以下の白色顔料を使用した。
上に詳述されたように調製された組成物のペレットを、薄壁及び複雑形状への加工性を評価するのに好適な複雑な金型を使用して、櫛型形状を有する最終部品を製造するために射出成形によって加工した。使用プレスは、直径として30mm、長さ720mmのバレルを備えた100トンの締め力を有するNegri Bossi NB100であった。射出成形条件は、ポリマーの粘度及び融点に従って空洞の良好な充填、圧力及び温度変化を有するように設定した。温度プロフィールは、金型温度を130〜140℃に設定しながら、約330℃のノズル温度を有するように設定した。反射性を測定し、データを表2にまとめる。
反射率は、反射放射束対入射放射束の比と定義され、試料(圧縮成形検体又は射出成形検体のいずれか)を45°円周D65光源で照らし、0°で光を集め、こうして鏡面反射成分を排除することによって測定した。
Claims (13)
- フルオロポリマー組成物[組成物(C)]であって、
(i)主要量の少なくとも1種のフルオロポリマーであって、
− 3〜6モル%の、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(MVE)に由来する繰り返し単位、
− 94〜97モル%の、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)に由来する繰り返し単位
から本質的になるテトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)/パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(MVE)コポリマーからなる群から選択され、前記TFE/MVEコポリマーは、5kgのピストン荷重下において372℃で測定される場合に100g/10分超のメルトフローレート(MFR)を有する、少なくとも1種のフルオロポリマーと、
(ii)前記組成物(C)の総重量に対して1〜45重量%の、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、二硫化亜鉛(ZnS2)、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)及び硫酸バリウム(BaSO4)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の顔料[顔料(P)]と、任意選択的に、
(iii)顔料(P)と異なる少なくとも1種の強化充填材[充填材(F)]と
を含むフルオロポリマー組成物[組成物(C)]。 - 前記TFE/MVEコポリマーは、
− 3.7〜5.8モル%の、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(MVE)に由来する繰り返し単位、
− 94.2〜96.3モル%の、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)に由来する繰り返し単位
から本質的になる、請求項1に記載の組成物(C)。 - 前記TFE/MVEコポリマーは、少なくとも265℃、好ましくは少なくとも270℃、一般に最大で290℃、好ましくは最大で285℃の、ASTM D3418に従って測定される融点を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物(C)。
- 前記TFE/MVEコポリマー、前記TFE/MVEコポリマーは、400g/10分未満、有利には300g/10分未満、好ましくは200g/10分未満、より好ましくは150g/10分未満のMFRを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(C)。
- 前記TFE/MVEコポリマーは、前記組成物(C)の主成分であるか、又は前記TFE/MVEコポリマーの重量パーセントは、前記組成物(C)の前記総重量を基準として少なくとも50重量%、好ましくは少なくとも55重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも60重量%のものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(C)。
- 前記顔料(P)は、一般に250μm未満、好ましくは100μm未満、より好ましくは5μm未満の平均粒径(APS)を有する粒子の形態下で前記組成物(C)中に存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(C)。
- 前記顔料(P)は、二酸化チタンである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(C)。
- 前記組成物(C)中の前記顔料(P)の重量パーセントは、前記組成物(C)の前記総重量を基準として一般に少なくとも3重量%、好ましくは少なくとも5重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも6重量%のものであり、及び/又は前記顔料(P)の前記重量パーセントは、前記組成物(C)の前記総重量を基準として最大で30重量%、好ましくは最大で25重量%、より好ましくは最大で20重量%のものである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(C)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフルオロポリマー組成物(C)を含む少なくとも1つの構成部品を含む物品。
- 自動車のキーレスエントリーシステム、冷蔵庫の照明、液晶ディスプレイ装置、自動車フロントパネル照明装置、電気スタンド、ヘッドライト、家庭用電気機器のインジケータ及び屋外ディスプレイ装置、並びに発光ダイオードデバイス(LED)として一般に知られる、電磁放射線を放ち且つ/又は伝達する少なくとも1つの半導体チップを含む光電子デバイスからなる群から選択される発光装置である、請求項9に記載の物品。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の物品を製造する方法であって、とりわけ圧縮成形、押出成形、射出成形、又は他の溶融加工技術を含む標準技術により、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(C)を加工する工程を含む方法。
- 前記組成物(C)を射出成形する工程を含む、請求項11に記載の製造方法。
- 前記射出成形の工程は、ラム又はスクリュー型プランジャーを使用して融解組成物(C)を金型キャビティ内へ押し込み、前記金型のキャビティ内において、前記組成物(C)は、前記金型の輪郭に従った形状へ固化する、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
